We bought a theme under a different account sometime ago and since we do not have access to the account, we cannot edit the theme/website anymore. My question is, if we purchase the same theme and use the purchase code for that website, will all of its content be erased or are we simply switching the accounts?

I have found a bug with The7 3.8.0 and WooCommerce 2.6..
The newly added span with class “woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol” for the currency symbol, it’s needs to be unhooked as the woocommerce style it one way for all currency symbols, and The7 uses different stylings for the currency symbol for the header cart, the card widget and the view cart page.

Since updating to 3.8 the ‘Top Menu’ menu now displays as a mobile style icon instead of the row of buttons with drop downs that I previously had. There doesn’t seem to be any settings to change it back!
Please could you let us know how to revert it back to traditional display. The mobile style menu is good for mobile, but it in normal mode I need to see all the menu links in a row

You can select List or Dropdown layout directly in this microwidget settings (Theme Options -> Header & Topbar -> Layout -> Custom menu).
That’s great! Thank you. For some reason the icon for each of the MicroWidget settings is not displaying, so I wasn’t aware that there were settings I could adjust. All sorted now though

we updated our php version to 7.0 but we dnt see any significant difference in website speed to loading time. are we missing something..
also we have 2 seo plugins one is yoast free plugin and second one is Premium SEO Pack – Wordpress Plugin (http://codecanyon.net/item/premium-seo-pack-wordpress-plugin/6109437)
which one would you prefer is better and would help us overall.

Hello. Still love your theme, but noted today after upgrade that the Custom CSS was overwritten? Is this a known issue yet, and if so, what is the fix please? And I don’t have the time to wait a couple of days for a reply from your support site so please let me know here. Thanks.
I just solved my issue, but for those who experience something similar, using ”!important” does work to override the CSS. I also noted that my “fancy titles” had been changed to partially transparent?
For sake of reference, I had the following “custom css” in place. Each was overwritten by ”.../uploads/wp-less/dt-the7/css/custom-41ecf0f628.css?ver=3.8.0” today after I upgraded to the latest theme version.

Performed a test with WooCommerce beta 2 days ago. The7 v.3.8.0 is compatible with it.
I didnt want to write you through themeforest but your support portal is not allowing me to log in, even after resetting my password. The issue here is I updated my site a few minutes ago and now all that appears is a blank white screen. Please assist asap
Well no answer yet. Every time theres a update my site it down until you guys decide to write back. We use your theme for a business website, thats needs to be up 100% and your theme seems not to be reliable. We lost money awaiting your response but I assure you we are going to write themeforest and purchase a template from a author who cares. You sold 38,416 copies of this theme and this shouldnt be going on every month. Infact for a real business such as ours and many others, this causes major security issues.
Fixed it myself. Cant wait on yous to respond. It has been hours and I will be uninstalling this theme. Every update we go through this and we have been with yous since the first 7 and its now unfair.

What you were experiencing was (most probably) a memory limit issue. It can be detected quite easily by enabling debug mode in WordPress. Our support portal is not connected to Envato profiles. You can login with the username you have – just provide a correct Item Purchase Code. That would be enough.
