There’s another issue with your theme – I’m still waiting for the VC fix. However, when you click Customize the page (live view) on the right is constantly refreshing with a little pig every 2-3 seconds, so it’s impossible to see changes. Im going to open another support ticket, but I still haven’t heard anything from the last support ticket I opened.

I just downloaded your theme, installed it and all the plugins and the edit button doesn’t work for text boxes in VC. I can duplicate or delete boxes but I cannot edit. It looks like it tried to open (the scroll bar on the side flashes) but nothing happens.
Please help with this ASAP, this is a pretty big issue as I cant do any copy editing and my site is just sitting out there.

Hi—It’s been over a day and I still haven’t heard anything from the support side on my ticket. I’ve done a complete clean install of WP and the error still exists but only with your theme, if I try a different theme it works.

Please, is there any way to import only the demo page that i want instead of importing everything in one click?
It was an extremely time-consuming task to clean up all the unnecessary pages and attachments after the import process.
I would gladly give you 5 stars if you plan on improving the import feature of your theme by allowing the users to select what they want to import. Importing all the attachments and pages in one click is a very bad idea for existing websites.

I am interested in purchasing this theme as it almost complies with the idea I have for my business website. However, in order for me to be sure before purchase, I have 3 questions:;
- Does the demo content come along with the theme? If Yes, how easy is to install it?
- Does the theme have separate “project” page type or projects are built on regular pages? How does the filtering work?
- While browsing trough the demo, (work/portfolio section) i found out that there is a project navigation between individual projects. Is there a way to make that project navigation bigger, or full-width or any changes to it?

1. Every news-item i post, i see below an irritating black square with only the name of the author see printscreen:

2. I can’t find out how to play with the animated texts on the slider revolution banners like you have on the homepages…. i only figured out how to play with the fade in and fadeouts of the texts on the banner but it seems that when i save the banners i can’t see the edit on the homepage …

Hi, I’ve read the documentation and I don’t find where to customise the colors, the thab “colors” doesn’t appear on the customize section and the logo doesn’t show on the front page, I put the logo and saved it, I see the logo on the customize section but doesn’t appear on the front page.

Hey guys, me again. Awesome theme! There are a few issues though. Your team took my web information to install the demo, and they crashed my site and placed damaging malware. Godly had to reset my whole site. I have downloaded the update but your import button is not working.

Hello, just purchased the Heli-theme. Immediately, I ran into problems because of an incompatible PHP version. I fixed that fortunately. Now trying to install the theme and ran into this issue: Not all the plugins are available or match the list in your documentation. Specifically, the plugin install is failing on this plugin: ThemeMove Core. Manual install fails as well:
