we downloaded the new version. Some elements in VC are lost such as ST HOTEL LIST ROOM which we were using in our hotel website before but now it’s gone!! what should we do ??

From version 1.2.4, you can use element ST Last Minite Deal to build that sections instead of ST HOTEL LIST.

Hi, how can we add Activities to a Hotel. i.e., a hotel may offer a special afternoon tea, special spa treatments….Thanks
Now, you can only add Extra service (Activity) for Room of Hotel, you can’t add Extra service for Room.
Or, if you just need to show the Activities, I wonder why you don’t add it as the description for Hotel

You want to change the Partner option to Host totally? I don’t really get your point, could you explain more?
And the Eat, You can’t add new Posttype to build Eat, but can do it. If you don’t use 1 of 5 current services, you can change it to Eat.
Ex: you have 5sevices: Hotel, Rental, Car, Tour, Activity but you don’t want to use Activity , you can change to Eat.

Besides that, from the payment selection the bank transfer is showing admin bank transfer or it is show seller bank transfer?
Ah.. We have option allow TURN OFF the Cancel Booking. If the room you booked don’t allow Cancel => you can’t do it.
Please try to book this room then Cancel it: http://travelerdemo.wpengine.com/hotel_room/standard-double-room-2/
The bank transfer is showing admin bank transfer (You will configure it in ThemeOptions) All incomes will go to admin account.

Hi, Will you guys come out payment method which will direct pay to seller? Besides that, in the demo site i didnt show any submit booking form?
No, It is impossible now. We still don’t support for directing pay to seller
Now, We are activting the Woocommerce Booking, you know: there are 2 ways for paying. You have to choose one of 2 ways:
1. Woocommerce Booking.
2. Modal booking: Paypal + Submit form + Payfast
Now we don’t have options that allow using the both.

Hi guys, thank you for the update!!! There is a woocommerce issue i think: Your theme (Traveler) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
If you’re seeing a notification in your administration dashboard saying the theme includes some outdated WooCommerce templates.
Don’t worry about that.
You can work normal without the fixing outdated templates. That file don’t affect to any function of theme and your site.

Thanks for your feedback. On this version, we still don’t show it on mobile. We are still working for updating. And this cart feature is only work on Woocommerce, if you use normal booking => it doesn’t work.

Thank you for your prompt response. Just a quick mention: when viewing in Mobile some buttons, like Submit – Newsletter appear really yellow, out of order. I am sure its a simple mobile CSS fix, but please amend this for future release. Sidebar filter also need fixing, as they do not reset, maybe a reset button.. to be added. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Is there any bugs for the version 1.2.5? Whenver i’ve updated always have many issues for my website (pricing issue for hotel took me 6 hours to have them corrected). Overall is a great theme.
