I’m not a customer yet but I’m amazed to see the demos, there is only one feature that I’m looking for that is not yet implemented. The “Tap to Call” and “Tap to SMS”. Which is handy when the site is being viewed on mobile. It should be able to be used in header or footer.

Yes, I’m particularly concern about the mobile look, and I noticed that it only has a sliding menu option on mobile. There is no way to customize it as a dropdown or put the menu icon on the right side and the cart on the other side aswell. I also noticed some of the sliders are not scaling right on mobile side too. I have no problems in the desktop look but customers are mobile now. So if you would update and add more features on the mobile side of display that would be so awesome and your previous and future customers will love it, specially me.

I have right now activated the default woocommerce layer (which is also not working very well). Thank you for contacting us. This is server permission issue to add / save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the css folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your server to change permission to 777.

First of all thanks for purchasing the theme and liking it.
1. Sorry to say that there is no option to hide the top navigation menu only in mobile. You can only do it with custom CSS.
2. You can hide the search bar from Appearance >>Theme Options >> Header >> Search Form.

actually, no. If you see that my question was why is it not available on themeforest for download anymore. I would like to update as I am having issues but whenever I go to themeforest and check my downloads it says it is no longer available and that either you or themeforest took it down. Hi can you help, we have just purchased you theme but a couple of plugins would not install. We are adding products but ti will not let us add dropdowns for different sizes. I installed the free version of one of the yith plugins that didn’t install but that did not work either, we are on a short deadline with this website and it looks like several features are missing. Also the purchase options are missing too, Please help

We cannot remove the “HOT” label from the products we feature on the home page – we found where to change the text but we need to remove it.

Porto Theme have a child theme too. So its best to use child theme when you are doing any customization or other settings. Doing this will avoid such issues issues that appear after theme updates.

I won’t dare using a Child Theme at this stage: The theme is by far too unstable to take that risk.
1. Previous fixes get wiped out with each upgrade.
2. Losing CSS Styling on menu with theme upgrades.
3. Fixing the “In Stock” with a custom CSS which is not a proper fix and has the risk of being wiped out again with the next upgrade,
etc.

No – I will not use child theme – until this theme has proven to be stable.

I know you said it is caching – but the reality is that – that is what the users ar seeing … and I have no guarantee that this problem will be fixed on ALL product where I use the Booster Plugin.
The custom css never wiped out. After updating the theme just have to follow these steps to load all your css: Go to theme options >> Skin >> Compile Default css. Now hit Theme css button and save it after that hit plugin css. All your changes will be back. we did same to solve your issue through ticket. You website is using cache. Please clear your browser cache and check the changes. If not then feel free to contact us through the ticket so we can check, resolve and guide you properly.

These are the steps I have taken:
1. Dump all caching of the plugin,
2. Deactivate the caching plugin.
3. Recompile all css from the skins menu of the theme.
4. Login to Host – and Flash all caching on the 2 different areas of the host;
5. Chrome Settings – delete all browse history and exit chrome
6. Run CCleaner on the machine
7. Reboot machine
8. Start Chrome – and access the website;

Yes, the shipping method is configurable depending on the country. In our demo, we have not set the shipping method country wise.

The issue is generating a lot of unnecessary images , just want the thumbs wordpress as disable the generation of theme thumbnails ?
Sorry the thumbnails are generated by default and these are used somewhere in the website, so you can not disable them. Thanks
Please can you provide a link to download latest version of Visual Composer? Current one is out of date.
In addition, this error message comes up:- Your theme (* Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. I know its OK to ignore, but they’ve been out of date for a long time now.
Please download the latest version of porto theme from ThemeForest, we have already included the latest version of all plugins in our latest theme version 2.8.5 released on 17 June 2016. All Woocommerce templates also updated in the latest version of Porto theme.
