Hi, I have been doing further user testing today and have found the following issues that I’d like your help correcting:
(1) Is there any way of having the mobile ‘hamburger’ menu for the ipad view or at last the ipad (portrait view)?
(2) The Headings in the Horizontal Tabs ‘Benefits to You’ on the About page are significantly smaller on the mobile responsive view …. can you please increase font so the tab titles are legible and don’t look at of place.
(3) On the ‘Services’ page there are no links to other pages, however the titles act like they are hyperlinked and you can click over them but the page just refreshes. Is there any way of not having the titles act like hyperlinks at this stage? Please note, we will want them to hyperlink at a later stage.
(4) The photos used on the website don’t adjust relative to text in the ipad view. Is there any way of correcting this?

I emailed this question earlier today and have received no response … site is launching and I need a response ASAP.
Just trying to finalise our site and need to increase the font size on the ‘Book an appointment’ widget and the ‘Accordion Framed’ widget and can’t do that through the Buddha panel.
How can I increase the font size in these widgets?

1) Sorry for the delayed response, the text “Book An Appointment” uses h2 tag and if you change the font size of h2 tags from buddha panel it is working fine. Please check it in this page http://www.homenurse.com.au/services We have changed the size to 30px and it is showing in the front end. Modify it according to your needs.
2) Regarding the framed accordion titles, it uses h5 tag along with an anchor tag. The buddha panel settings will work only for h5 tags alone. So to modify this title, we have added a css code in your custom css section and added the font size of 20px. Increase or decrease it as per your needs.

Thanks – I changed design in the end cause wanted a bolder call to action.
I have used a Call Out box to promote a new clinic we are opening. On desktop, font is perfect, but when adjusted for mobile the font gets too small and looks funny against the rest of the content. How do i fix this? Kind regards, Kerri

The font on the first line has increased for mobile device, but second line of call our box is still too small. Also when you view on ipad (portrait view) the first line is small and the second line is big. Can you please take another look at this and make sure font size is increased in line with the desktop view for both mobile and ipad (portrait view – clinics will be using ipads). Kind regards Kerri

I am having a problem with the portfolio pages. When I “add new portfolio”.....I then try to CLICK “left gallery” or “right gallery” ....and nothing happens. This only happens in IE. It works in chrome and firefox. Customer only wants to use IE…so i need to know if there is a fix?

I have purchased your theme, but i have some issues with it: 1) My main menu is shown in 2 lines. This doen’t have to be a problem at first, but when I hover an option and the dropdown is shown and I want to navigate around it, it hides whenever I hover another section of the menu.

Hi. I need to add some custom code to track a booking Submit button. The Booking plugin (BirchPress) developer give me the following instructions to add code: You can add the following code in Settings > Custom Code > JavaScript. The Google code will be triggered when the submit button is clicked.

Please update our theme with latest version to fix the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Hi – just upgraded to 1.8.6 and WP to 4.5.2.
After upgrade – the “dt_sc_tabs” are not functioning properly.
When you first load the page – they are all expanded (and displayed) until you click on 1 of the tabs…then they all get hidden.
Please see brighterdentalcare.com for an example. The tabs in question are towards the bottom fo the homepage under “The last Dentist NJ residents will ever need.”

To find the blog id value just hover the mouse on the blog items and you can see the id value at the bottom from the url. Else click ‘edit’ link of the blog item and you can see the id value in the url section.

Your layerslider is already active. You can just ignore that message in your dashboard. Since the layerslider came along with the theme that message appears in your dashboard, you can get the layerslider files from us when there is an update.
