Hi, yes our theme uses different plugins for different functionality, like BuddyPress for the social network feature. All the plugins you see in the demo are either FREE, either premium plugins bundled in the theme that you get for FREE.

Hi, seems you are using a custom plugin for these kind of titles, please check the settings if the plugin has different sizes for different resolutions. Other than that you can force this by adding custom styling in theme options/general settings/quick css box like this:

Those don’t come from the theme and from the classes there I think there should be some responsive settings for the extension

If you remove the plugin or rename its directory from wp-content/plugins location then you won’t have that problem

I have done that but I still cannot login. that hapopened when I upgraded the theme..

If you still get the above message then you are not removing it or you have some caching plugin. PLease update wordpress files since you might have an issue.

Before anything else, I am sorry for asking such stupid questions earlier, as I had not seen nor read the stuff on how to update etc. But now that I have, and I guess all I needed to do was to enter my theme forest user name and API keys and presumably my theme would get updated automatically. But my version is still 4.07, regardless of whether I use the existing api keys, or generate new ones. But some other customer of yours posted that he just updated to 4.08, which means that my theme did not update automatically as it should have. What to do, please?

also, I would like to understand the importation of demo data. Let’s say I want to have a homepage similar to the Pininterest style, so I need to import the demo data that comes with that demo, correct? And then let’s say that my website, using the Pininterest style will also have a shop, and I want that shop to look like your default shop demo, so I guess I also need to import the demo data for the shop. So I wil do a demo date import twice, but only once for each type of demo data. Do I understand it correctly? thanks in advance.

Hi there, normally you should delete the theme from Themes page and then re-upload the new one. Or do it over FTP. Please read our documentation on installing/updating.

In Appearance – KLEO demo data you can choose what page to import. Import the ones you need and they will show up in WP admin – Pages. You can then edit them as you wish.

If you need two then yes you will import each demo.
