The boxed layout function isn’t working for me. I go to Appearance > Customize > Page Layout and Background > Make Page Layout Boxed, but nothing happens when the box is checked.

Hi there, I got this Fatal error: Call to undefined method ffClassLoader::loadConstants() in /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fresh-framework/framework/bootstrap.php on line 29 and after opening the bootstrap.php on line 29, I found this :

i have a problem with the Ninja form plugin when i activate the site goes off. Yet most other plugins cant activate minus the Ninja form plugin being installed and i really need it , coz currently i have no any form on the site. Thanks

You have problems in the caching plugin configuration. Please, review the settings/rules in the caching plugin you are using.

Our W3 Total Cache config was created for previous version of the Mega Main Menus plugin. Yes, please remove it from minify settings.

No. We hate Visual Composer because of the slow work and restrictive license. I will invest my time into GPL open source projects only and not lock my business with plugins that have restrictive licenses.

1. Our theme comes with premium MailChimp add-on for Ninja Forms. This extension sends new subscriber emails to the MailChimp directly. All the form submissions should be stored in Submissions section of the particular form.
2. Yes you can upload any logo. Please, adjust WP Admin > Appearance > Customize > Logo > Basic > Maximum Logo Height and WP Admin > Appearance > Customize > Header design > Basic > Header/Menu Height settings to make logo looks well.

1. To add custom CSS, please use the method described in this help article: http://docs.lumbermandesigns.com/article/88-how-where-to-add-custom-css
If you need custom CSS for a particular page, just add .page-id-XX in front of the each rule declaration (replace XX with actual post id). Alternatively you can use free plugins available on WordPress.org.
2. Please, see settings in WP Admin > Appearance > Customize > Advanced Settings
3. Premium MailChimp add-on for NinjaForms included with SEOWP. You can collect the users emails and then send them regular updates using MailChimp service. MailChimp has its own templates and content editing tools.

5. Go to WP Admin > Forms , open the form needed and drag and drop the new form elements according to your plan. Every form item has an option to make it “Required” as shown on this screenshot.
6. Any caching plugin will work. Make sure to not cache pages for logged in users and site admins. More details available here. When using Cloudflare service, make sure to have these checkbox empty.

1. You can duplicate the existing page using this method, so you have original version saved for later. After that just delete the ROW with the map (cross icon on the orange background).
2. We don’t recommend to put GA code into the theme. Please, see this article in our docs showing the better way.

It’s a very bad idea for many reasons. If you don’t know what you are doing don’t do it. We coded the theme the way it is with a purpose.
