I have a problem with the Model agency demo. The big images on the left and right won’t show. It give’s the following messages when installed:
wp options imported! smk_sidebar_generator data imported! Widgets data imported! Revolution slider was not used for this demo news_page_slider plugin is not active! Theme options imported!

Most probably, this issue is caused by the incompatibility of the newest version of WordPress and the deprecated version of the Visual Composer plugin.

Hey guys just wondering if the scrolling effect with the desktop image can be replaced by a slider and when it scrolls down and zoom out the slider is still playing but the frame is still a desktop image. thank you guys.

At the moment we are optimizing a Wordpress website for PageSpeed. Deferring jquery.js will result in an increase of 32 points for mobile devices and 14 points for desktop devices. Unfortunately, when we apply this, the contact-form settings are gone (the default style is shown).
Is there something we can do to (for example) defer Jquery.js and keep the contact form looking as we want it to?

The page template you’ve chosen is a deprecated page template. In Ronneby 2.0. version the blog page template was introduced, so in Theme options > Blog options > Blog page options you can set the number of columns, layout style, width, sidebar configurations etc for this page.

Hello, I want to use the portfolio in the same way that use in http://themes.dfd.name/ronneby/portfolio-grid-3-col-with-title . Is it as easy as configuring option in page backend or in theme options?
The requested page can be easily created sing the blog page options.
The changes set in theme options section will be applied to all the pages with the Blog Page template selected on your site.
And if you use the blog page options section in page back-end, the changes will be applied only to this page.

My Visual composer has stopped working and seems extremely outdated. Seems you are running 4.7.4 which appears to no longer be supported on the new wordpress. Do I need to purchase Visual composer since the package version is so outdated? If I do install a new version is it going to overwrite your theme and break my site? Thanks.

This issue was most obviously caused by database connection error which caused options panel loads default. Please get in touch with your hoster and ask to mail you the backup of the database and the demo of current database. Then please mail us those databases to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com and we’ll check them for you. We’ll also mail you short instructions to reduce php memory usage to prevent server hover loading.

That’s not database error, that’s database connection error. Everything was fine with database but server didn’t have enough time to get data from it because have process was running then. We’ll check it for you and mail you back shortly.

There are 3 options allowing to set video as a background: Visual Composer Row background, Slider Resolution video background and stunning header video background. The fastest way is Visual Composer Row background. Please check Visual Composer -> Row options section of our theme documentation.

I have installed and activated the Ronneby theme in my drupal installation. Are there any performance issues known with the VC and the Ronneby theme? Loading sites in the WP backend which are using the VC results in timeouts or very long loading sessions before the site becomes ready.

Not sure about drupal, our theme is for wordpress. As for the VC, some of our customers faced this issue due to different reasons (browser addons, third party plugins, damaging files while theme installation). As for your question, there is possibility to get similar looing site but I’m not sure about functionality. There isn’t built-in booking feature in theme.
