Hello! I have a woocommerce websitesite www.thikishop.gr. and after update from 2.8.5 to 3.0.1 my cart is not working! When i complete the order i receive a notice internal server error to the top with Red words.

Can you help me to fix it ? any ideas ?

Checkout is broken after updating! Already installed 3.0.1. Please help

“Internal server error” on checkout page. After enabled debug mode the error is: “SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”

Hello. I just updated to the theme to latest update 3.0 ( also check why i received 5-6 mails with the update in the last 2 days). Then i updated woocommerce to 2.6.2 and started replacing template files with newer version, parts of the site doesnt look the same (cart is changing also products showing on page, from 4 to 2 .. etc). For now i will put back older files of woocommerce to be the same, but when you have time to take a look, i will put newer ones to see the bugs.

i installed 3.0.1 – all seems to be fine for now.

Hello! (filters problem)

I have a woocommerce websitesite www.thikishop.gr.

After the 3.01 update my category filters are on the left as usual (this is ok)

but the problem is that the filters are shown and at the bottom of my category page!

The other problem is that on mobile view the filter icon on the left dissapear and i see the filters again in the bottom of my category page again!

Please help soon!

Hello.. After update to v3.0 on 2 of my sites the woocommerce category widget is now wide open, the + button to display child cats is no longer there.

Yes, i installed v3.0.1 directly (i have not had 3.0 installed) so problem is also in 3.0.1.

I also lost 3 images on my frontpage. For them i have used a single image code from the demo when site setup. It seems like the class “img-opacity-effect” which is added there as a custom class no longer has any CSS so the Opacity is set to 0 through class “wpb_animate_when_almost_visible”.

I guess that “img-opacity-effect” did override “wpb_animate_when_almost_visible”

We get the “internal server error” from woocommerce, too! If you’re going to complete checkout, then a woocommerce message appears “internal server error”.

Startet after updating to 3.0….. with the new 3.0.1 update the error is still there :-(

Please check Optimal Server Requirements For Theme:

• Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended ) • PHP version = 5.4 or greater • Apache = 2.2 or greater • MySQL = 5.5 or greater • PHP Memory Limit = 256mb • PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds • mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled

If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB

Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, before complaining about theme issues. You can contact your web hosting company.

i can’t find the Style Editor in Master slide. I read through your theme installation documentation but still unable to find. i had installed all default plugins.Please advise.

The link provided does not show how to enable the ‘STyle Editor’. The style editor in your documentation contained the Font and typography , border , padding and custom style.. I dont see this available in my master slide

I am trying to add RTL support to your theme, for a client. After installing WPML and duplicating a page to RTL (Hebrew in this case), the entire page content (Visual Composer) shift to the left. Does your theme supports RTL? Is there anything else I need to add (CSS?) to resolve this layout problem?

I have same issue as “whoalex” above, the compatibility with WPML language switcher is having issues since 2.2 update, i have been sending comments about it with no response. the compatibility with default currency switcher of Woocommerce 2.6 is not there.

I hope you can do something about it soon.

Hello, I’ve just updated your theme to newest version and I have a issue with WPML header language dropdown. Now, after the update, flags don’t align properly with language name. More specifically, flag is 8/10px lower than text and not aligned with the name of the language. I’ve tried adding custom css to wpml but it doesn’t work. I’ve also tried to add custom css in theme options but neither. Can you help me? Thank you

good morning. something go wrong with your download files. they only show as text document with a size from 65 mb. impossible to unzip. maybe a upload problem?

other downloads in my account works fine.

I try it with a other browser (Chrome) and than the zipfiles named portoi 3.0.zip, the problem exists under firefox 47.0. other themes i can download without problems
