Hi,
My employer bought the theme for me. I tried including a css file from a child theme directory : <link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”<?php echo get_stylesheet_directory_uri(); ?>/assets/css/icons/icomoon/style.css”>
but it won’t reflect in the <head> tag.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience, we found that the theme files did not updated properly, But now we have fixed this issue and re uploaded latest version of Porto theme 3.0.2 which is available on ThemeForest for download, please update your theme to latest version after downloading fresh copy. I hope after theme update your all issues will solve auto.

How to change mobile sticky menu color ?

Before purchasing this theme i have a couple of questions,
We are going to build a huge Leather company using this theme
1- I want to ask if this theme compatible with All woocommerces extensions ? (3d product view, tm extra options, checkout layout, dynamic pricing, change price based on countires, etc..) 2- Is it fully customizable ? from css to html ? 3- White labeling wp cms 4- Custom login url 5- Hide my wp plugin 6- Wordfance plugin 7- Yoast SEO 8- Admin Access manager plugin
and your recommendation is always the best.

Thank you for your interest in Porto theme. 1- All Woocommrce paid plugins compatible, we have not tested all of them but if they are coded properly they should work. 2- Yes Porto is fully customize able. 3,4,5,6- Porto do not have these options. 7,8- Yes.

We have not tested these plugins yet with our theme and its not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us.
We think that if plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme. You can also confirm from the plugin author. This is the best info we can provide at this stage. Thank you for your co-operation.
I installed 3.02 hoping that this would correct the problems since the 3.0 update. I can’t access any page other than the shop page with any browser. I have done the same test on several other computers at different locations with different ip providers. The site starts to load and a spinning circle is displayed. The dropdown menu does not open. The site is working on android smartphones. I disabled all the plugins and had the same results and when I reactivated the plugins and switched to the default wordpress twenty sixteen theme, the site loaded and all the pages functioned as normal. I have cleared cache both locally and on cloudflare with no results. This is a very serious issue and hope that your technical support can find a solution.
Please make sure for the Optimal Server Requirements For Theme:
Server Type: Linux with cPanel ( Bluehost hosting Recommended )
PHP version = 5.4 or greater
Apache = 2.2 or greater
MySQL = 5.5 or greater
PHP Memory Limit = 256mb
PHP max_execution_time = 600 seconds
mod_rewrite Apache module = Enabled
If you are installing through WordPress Theme section, make sure your PHP Upload File Size limit is 40MB, since the theme .zip file is around 40MB
Please make sure all above settings are correct on your server, before complaining about theme issues. You can contact your web hosting company.

There are still MANY problems occurring on my site .. i just updated to the newest version of the theme and i now have a ‘light’ theme instead of a ‘dark’ theme, the active menu indicators are default blue instead of the colors I have chosen in the theme, the accordions do not render correctly .. they are showing ‘light’ colors instead of in-line with the ‘dark’ theme …
when I try to ‘compile’ the css i get the following error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/klaus/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/inc/admin/scssphp/src/Parser.php on line 3467

It’s your 3rd party plugin issue. As we give you the solution in the ticket as well that please deactivate your all 3rd party plugins and also all theme plugins then compile the Default CSS from the theme options then it will work fine as I did last time to solve this issue on your site.

Thank you; that fixed most of the issues .. but the background of the body of accordions is white and not black (dark) ... is there a setting I can change or is that supposed to be handled by the ‘dark’ theme options? The Text on the accordion is also ‘white’ and should be black … where is that setting so I can change it?
There’s also an orange ‘block’ where there should be an orange arrow on my homepage under the ‘recreation’ block … the other 3 blocks show an arrow under ‘learn more’, but the orange one/recreation one, shows an orange block.

Just installed the latest Porto v3.0.1. I noticed on the Admin Menu there is now a “Porto” menu option. I don’t recall it being there before. For the purposes of white labeling the theme for my client, I don’t need it, although it does look good with the new demo install option. How do I remove that entire menu item and its sub options?

Yes the cart was really wierd, internal server errors and no products added, and sometimes products just override each other. I increased my WP memory limit to 256MB, disabled my cache plugin and emtied all cache and went through the woocommerce tools and emptied all transients. It was now working OK with Chrome browser but still problems with Firefox. I emtied all browser cache and now it also works great in firefox. Hope this can help those of you with similar problems.
As mention Cart works perfect after the above actions. But i found very wierd behavior when logged in as admin, then cart was totally crazy. I found that it now conflicts with this plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-dynamic-pricing-discounts/7119279 I deactivated it and cart now works perfect in all my installs.
