When I was editing my cornerstone in my localhost it is working but when I transfer my files to go live, there’s no more data to edit in my pages and post but my front end is working. I don’t get it how will I edit my page or post when in cornerstone there are no data.

Why cant i see existing essential Grid templates and skins

They should all be there. If you create a new grid, you can navigate to the “Skins” tab where you’ll be able to make your selection. If you’re still having issues finding them, let us know in the forums and we could take a closer look for you.
Hi, I cannot see any skins, moreover everytime I try to create a new grid or new skin i get AJAX response error. I spent the whole day on this and finally given up. What should I do next ?

Thanks for writing in. This particular feature isn’t something offered by X natively. You could extend the top bar of X to add it, but that would take custom development. It may also be possible by installing a plugin.

Dear Sir or Madam, I bought your theme a couple of hours ago and currently I am trying to work my way around things. Unfortunately I have run into a problem where the Envira Gallery add ons are not activated so I cannot install them. They are listed as upgrade instead. How would I work this bit out? Tried doing some searches on this part but was unable to locate any definite answer. Have yet to find any ticket submission section so I will give it a go here.

Hi, I would like to create a One page navigation for my website. I have installed the demo from Renew 2. So I would like people to scroll down on the homepage and then the buttons in the main menu should be highlighted like in the demo. How do I set it up?

Hi, thanks for the info. I’ve just bought the theme. To simplify my build, I’ve installed Integrity 1, because it is pretty much what I need. However, it didn’t came with the big header with video backgroud. it starts from the normal header (logo and menu). How can I add that section above this header? I’m still struggling. Thanks

I’m not sure if this is a silly question or not but I’ve bought two different licenses and I’m wondering if I have to download the updates for each purchase separately…
So website A gets download A and website B gets download B…

There are no silly questions. 
A license is just your purchase made that is necessary for usage on as many sites as you need (e.g. 3 licenses for 3 websites for example), but you’re going to upload the same version to all your sites. The easiest and most hassle-free way of keeping your websites up to date is to use your purchase codes to setup product validation so that automatic updates can be enabled to ensure that you’re always up to date. Sure! You can create a custom page with any design you want, and assign that to your home page. For the three links, you could create a row with 3 columns. To make the images clickable, you’d need to add a “text” element, and use the media button to place an image inside it.

Thanks for reaching out! Our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that unless they are integrated into the theme in some way (Revolution Slider, Gravity Forms, etc) then we are unable to provide support or guarantee compatibility for them. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise would be the responsibility of each customer. Technically speaking, since X was developed according to development best practices, any well developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with X, however due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

Hi. Our process of development is to move the site trough different stages (e.g. internal dev -> external dev & testing -> production) that are on different servers & domains.
Time between starting of the development and the delivery on the production can be days or months.
How should we handle registration of our license if we would like to have updates & all other benefits of registration during the development and later on the production? We are talking one site for one client that goes trough different dev/testing/staging phases on different servers/(dev/testing)domains.

Thanks for writing in. The best way to start would be by verifying the license in your Themeco account from your licenses page. Next, click “Add a developer environment” and input the development URL. Once assigned, you can enter that purchase code in your development site and it will validate. When you go to setup the production site, enter the purchase code into X, and it will automatically assign the URL for you. You can learn more about this in this guide.

Don’t worry, I’ve solved it. The subfolder fonts / font_awseome was missing so I copy fonts from theme folder into /wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/dist/fonts/font_awesome/ and problem solved. Don’t know why those fonts were missing.

Is there a way to make the header transparent? I’ve got my site a fullwidth and the header set to fixed top. It loads with a white background but then when I scroll it dissapears and looks the way I want it to. Is there a way to make it load without the white top bar for the few seconds it’s there? I heard you guys will be implementing multiple header menus. Is that going to happen any soon. Would it allow one main menu and another single menu per page? I would need those extra menus for multiple one-page pages to work only as anchor points. This second menu could stay at the bottom of the header image while the main menu at the top as usual.

Regretfully we can’t speculate on features that are in development as it is a fluid process until time of release, but it will open up a whole new world of options for WordPress users, and we’d be happy to answer any questions once it is live (no ETA at the moment).
