Hello to your team. The template is great but i bought it today, tried 3 times to install the demo data following your instructions step by step but it is not working. I checked with my host for my php settings everything is ok
The big problem is that I have to finish the site for my customer in 6 days (no more !!!)

I just purchased and uploaded theme, and getting an error installing plugins. Rev Slider Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message ‘No captions.css found! This installation is incorrect, please make sure to reupload the Slider Revolution plugin and try again!’

We just updated to the latest version of your theme and now everything is messed up.
Now there’s a search bar in the header of the web that can’t be disable and mess up the header, and the footer don’t load well.

How is a new portfolio item added in this theme? Am I missing something? I’ve imported the demo content and when I try to edit one of the portfolio items all I see is a bunch of code in the contents box and no way to use the visual editor to change it…

where is the option to hide the hamburger menu (next to the search icon) in the header. I can’t seem to find the on/off toggle for it. I found the cart toggle.

We don’t have this option in customizer but you can add this code to custom css in customizer to hidden it

Regarding the hiding of the hamburger menu… hiding via css works fine, but it does seem to glitch out on loading on mobile devices – especially if the entire site doesn’s download completely. Can I comment out the code – i realize this will be a pain when updating, but I’d rather do that update to keep the burger menu from loading. It also seems to have a slight delay as it fully loads, then the css kicks in to hide it.

The /woocommerce/content-product.php page will break if users update to 2.6.1/2.6.2. Nothing major but the related products don’t display properly under the single product.
Sorry, meant to add if anyone wants to update to woocommerce 2.6.2 and fix this small styling error. Just update the heli/woocommerce/content-product.php page – all done. Or wait for update
