I am planning to purchase your “Shop Parallax” wordpress. However, I would like to ask the following questions;
1. When I purchase your theme, is there any annual fees, membership fees that I need to consider? Or is just one time payment? 2. Are they any additional payments for slide shows, addons, etc? Or everything are available and ready to use? 3. Is the theme updates need additional payment? 4. Are they any additional payments if I change the Log, Background, Videos and etc?

1. No this is a flat price and there are no more additional monthly or annual fees you need to pay, just evaluate the support options (6 month or 1 year).
2. All you see in all the 200+ pages of the Uncode demo is part of the purchase (for example are also included the famous Slider Revolution plugin and LayerSlider plugin).
3. No once you buy the theme you’ll receive also lifetime free theme updates.
4. Just consider that when you install demo contents you have placeholder images (the images you see in the demo are not part of the purchase as for any other themes, they are just use for demo purpose).

Hi chineseman, if you have the Uncode version 1.3.3 don’t worry this is just a warning and don’t mean that the theme is broken, just WooCommerce release the latest patch 2.6.2 few days after the last theme update that anyway it’s perfectly compatible. We are sorry but we cannot public declare deadline for next theme update, to may expectations and competitors (I hope you can understand), anyway we are at a very good point.

Hi marmojamos! This is a generic error of WordPress when you try to upload a big zip or the file is bigger then the max size permitted. I think you are trying to install the main download folder that is 200mb and it’s comprensive of documentation etc… the theme is inside and it’s only 20mb (you need to install this): http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/whats-included/

Hi! Presale question! I love your theme, but I noticed there is not an option to import all the content and setting from ONE of your demos. Rather than that, you import all the pages and settings from the main demo website. What if I want to make my site look like one of the demos, say, the “Creative Studio” one?

The only settings different from the Creative Studio from the demo content Theme Options are 1 click for the menu type and 1 for the main accent color, it’s really really easy. Hi! I absolutely love Uncode. I am anxious to purchase another copy, but I am worried I will have the same problem I had with my first site. I worked on my localhost and after migrating it to my live server, all of the images were missing and I had to re-upload all media once live… is there something I am missing? Have not had this happen with any other site. Thanks so much. Hope to resolve this so I can purchase another license.

This is not a problem you have had cause Uncode theme, from your words I understand you have “Moved” the installation but you need to “Migrate”, there is a subtle but very important difference: you need also to “notify” your database about the fact that the location is different. I have a few pre-purchase questions regarding Uncode.
• In the ‘Shop Default’, would it be possible to show three or four items in a row instead of two?
• Would it be possible to change ‘Add to cart’ to ‘More information’ and go to the product page instead of adding the product to the cart?
• Is it possible to move the right sidebar with the price filter, recently viewed products etc. to the left?

Hi effiecient! Yes it’s possible create a Metro layout based on blog Post and Pages (you can also mix in the loop Portfolios and Products), confirmed! It’s not possible to mix simple images instead since it’s not possible to mix Post Type and Media in WordPress. I understand you want some block are linked to blog posts some other to pages, so confirmed!

But this also depends on your ability use our page builder and your customisations skills, I hope you can understand our positions too.

No sorry actually this is not a builtin option, our icon set of 600+ icons is created with IconMoon app. You can import new fonts for sure (Google , Typekit, FontSquirrel etc) but for the icons is a bit different since they are integrated inside the admin and page builder itself.
