Awesome theme!
But unfortunately in my homepage I’ve set it up entirely using the muffin builder. But when I use the revolution slider on the homepage it works fine.
But after the page is published, if I edit anything from the homepage muffin builder and then update it, more than half of the page is missing. Then I have to reimport the homepage content. I have so may more projects I intend to use Betheme on, and this HUGE issue is stopping me from doing that. Please give me a fix ASAP. Thanks in Advance.

I purchased this theme years ago but I have a question as I am about to purchase it again. There is a cogwheel located on the right side of some of the demos. I would like to see a cogwheel like this on my website. How is it done ?

1-) I like the sticky header is to be my original header as well.
2-) And also, I want the header to puss the main slider down.
3-) The video background for slider revolution is not showing properly in mobile browsers. It is cutting almost most of the video, I want it to look small but not with black borders from top and bottom. Like a notmal image shrinking.

Here is my problem:
I cannot change the size of the popup video: sipboldly.com (the first row after the main banner) there is a vimeo video popup. that video is too small.
We also don’t want borders and we want bigger video popup.

popup size can be changed under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section where Pretty Photo | Width and Pretty Photo | Height fields are.
But about the borders, it is not possible to remove them unfortunately because it’s how pretty photo looks originally.

all you need to do is change it’s style with Style drop-down option under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop > Single Product section.

Hi thank for answer. I thought that I should use these setting but it is not working. When I set Style to – Tabs I Next to image results is still same. I also deleted all cache but still no result. Only Style which is working is Modern. Any other idea? Thank you
If it does not work, please update WooCommerce plugin then to latest version, remove theme files from FTP and upload the newest version via FTP once again.

Hi dear BeTheme support, first of all I have to say that I am very impress by this theme. I am not at my first purchase and this one look like it has everything I was looking for since quite a while.
But as I try to do some optimization I am facing some issue that I am sure you can help me with:
1. I installed the demo content for http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/electricUnfortunately the big picture doesn’t appear (The one with the electrician)
2. My website are for French customer. Is it possible to have the theme in French? If no, is it affecting SEO if the theme is in english while I translate everything by hand in french?
3.PAGE SPEED: I will work on 2 of your main theme: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/electric and http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/serviceI want those theme to be as light and as fast as possible. So I was wondering which plugin are useless for these two themes? And any input on how to improve the page speed for these two themes?
4. At the top left of both template there is the button BeElectric and BeService Is it possible to modify this to be a click to call button? Or text without H1 tag?

1. This part was made with Slider Revolution. So if you want to get the same slider, you need to install Slider Revolution plugin first which is included into theme package and then import it. For more details about it, please watch instructional video where this was explained.
2. Do you mean to have multilingual websites (minimum 2 languages) or you just want to have one language only and transfer from English to French?
3. We use W3 Total Cache plugin to speed up websites and as you can see on https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/bfrGVV/http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ the results are pretty impressive (about 1 second with all those plugins and media included).
4. Do you mean logo? If that’s what you mean, all it’s options you can find under Theme options > Global > Logo section.

Sorry but we do not have any. It’s because cache plugin settings are based on server settings and as you know, each server may have different. That’s why there is nothing like golden mean to set it up.
I updated BeTheme today to v14.0.1 & that was pushed out a week ago (July 21)
The changelog of the theme shows that the Visual Composer plugin was updated to v4.12 (which was pushed out in the BeTheme v13.5 update June 10 shown here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/changelog.html) but after I updated the BeTheme today, it says my WPBakery Visual Composer plugin is still on v4.9.2.
I have 5 more sites using BeTheme to update today but don’t want to do the updates if there is a glitch going on with that plugin not being updated for some reason.

Thanks for the prompt response. They do appear, however the menu cart icon link doesn’t lead anywhere, the Checkout link in the sidebar doesn’t lead anywhere. In fact, none of the WooCommerce buttons for viewing the cart or going to the checkout work. Am I doing something wrong?
Please switch to default theme as we advised above and let us know if it works the same on default WP theme.

After the latest update to BeTheme, all of the animated checkmarks on https://www.scottsdalecryotherapy.com/ are turning into squares right after loading the page. This happened once before and another update to your theme fixed it. Hope to see it fixed again soon.

Hello, I discovered that when I work on the theme on my local computer, and upload to server, all the graphics does not show. and when i checked i discovered that because i didn’t use the same names to save the graphics, it doesnt show. So why does it happen that way? i dont have to same the pictures with same names. how do i resolve this?

while site migration, we always use 2 plugins and did never had any problems with content or settings migration. Those plugins are: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migration Tool.

Ok. So to change list color in dark section, you need to use the following css:
.dark ul.list_star li, .dark li.list_star {
background: url('Path-To-The-List-Item-Image') !important;
}
Hmmmm, I put it in the custom css in the theme and it just made the stars disappear.
But you did it wrong. Path-To-The-List-Item-Image means place where you should put real path to the image that you want to replace with.

Custom CSS not showing or cannot be save and I need to save the Betheme Option in order to see the option or parameters and change the settings. I used WP 4.5.3. I think there is a bug in WP 4.5.3 betheme options cannot updated. Please help

it’s different because the link you sent above, is not a home page and the css responsible for this background effect is:

So if you want to get the same effect on all pages, you should replace above css with the following one:
