Hi,
First of all kudos for creating this great theme – I’m well impressed by it’s awesomeness.

Just ran into an issue I can’t figure out. When hovering over the shopping bag it shows the cart+checkout buttons. They both link to deleted pages. /cart-2__trashed and checkout-2__trashed.

I have deleted them from the trash and have set new default cart+checkout page in woocommerce>settings>checkout without luck.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Solved. I’m on a VPS that I didn’t setup. Pretty sure it solved the issue after cache was released.

If you like to provide details of the product. You can do this from the product page. You can enter all its details. Just edit product and scroll down to Product data section. You can also include more details in the tabs section.

I really like your theme. Just one small issue…..

When on a category page and you click add to cart, its not very obvious that the product has been added to the cart.

Is there anyway to change this to make it more obvious to the user?

To showing message for add to cart functionality you will need some customization. As porto only have this option to show mini bag icon on the product when you add product to cart. Thanks

Trying to install the “One Page Demo” can’t seem to find it in the Demos section. I can see it on your site just not when i try to install it.. Did you call it something else?

Please import any demo then Go to Settings >> Reading and set your home page to one page. Because its not a full demo its a built in page in porto. that comes with all demos. Thanks

I have a very strange error now. Most of my products are not displaying. I don’t know when this started. It has been working fine yesterday. So, somthing I changed blocks some products from being displayed. Check this page: http://quattromori.store/product-category/beverages/wine/redwine/ You can see that in the category redwine there should be 7 red wines, but only 3 are displayed, the ones that belong to “Su’entu”. Other brands are not displayed. Same for some other products, go to Fish and you will see. Any idea? Strange is that it works in German and Italian, but NOT in English!

I have choosen Zoom type = inner for the product image and zoom and I remember it worked before. Now the image doesn’t zoom when I go with the mouse over, but shows only the magnifying glass in the bottom right corner. Is the image too big or small? I have choosen 800×800px. What is the best image size I should upload for product images? And how come the zoom doesn’t work anymore for me? thanks.

on your shop 1 demo page the Fashion Dress images slide, like a carousel. I used the Porto Product Category and chose Slider, but they don’t slide. I have set it to show 12 products per page and I can see the dots below the products and go ahead, but it does not slide automatically. What am I doing wrong?

Just install the theme it will automatically install child theme too. you just need to activate your child theme from Dashboard >> Appearence >> Themes You will see Porto child here just activate it. Child theme is preffered to use as you can do customization in it and nothing will lose when you update the theme. Today I did an update to Porto 3.0.3 and Woocommerce 2.6.4. As you can see all category images are not showing on the site.

Also if you go to a product and click on the image to show it bigger, it goes totally wrong.

I’m sorry for the short problems. I the meantime I was busy with more update’s. The Easy Social Share Buttons update went wrong. So I have to set back the backup hat I made before this update round.

I have now still the exact same situation as I described above.

Hey, I had had an issue with the maps not showing at all on my website, I have fixed this myself with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/api-key-for-google-maps/. Apparently, since june 2016 if you are doing this theme on a domain that has not been used for this before then, then you need your own Google api key (its free) easiest way is to use the free plugin above and paste in the pai google gives you. This solved this issue for me (at long last) thanks, Marc

Hi, I have problems to display product brands. I have tried with several plugins to show brands and I have even purchased the Ultimate Woocommerce Brands plugin, but it doesn’t show the brand on the product or category page. Any idea? The plugin author writes: “If you configured plugin, added brands, assigned it to products but does not see your brands on category and/or product page this mean theme that you use bad coded and you need to contact theme developer for help (he need to modify theme layout tags to look like default woocommerce theme tags to work with plugin).” So, can you help me here? thanks.

resolved! The Ultimate Woocommerce Brands plugin didn’t accept an apostroph in the brand’s name.
