Hi, congratulations for this awesome theme.
I have 2 questions:
1. When i select a custom url for a carrousel module, it doesn’t link to that url. Am i doing something wrong?
2. Is there a way to add the feature image of a portfolio post as a media image? i mean, the main image attached as featured image doesn’t appear on the single portfolio page, it has to attach it manually on media section on every single post, and i have a lot of posts with only one image attached.

1.nI think you missed the global setting for enable the custom link mode. If this doesn’t help maybe you have a Memory Limit issue or something else we need to debug cause generally works like a charm.
2. You cannot do this but you can only load the image in the Media Section and use as Featured Image, so you upload only a single image (even if have 2 images is better in most scenario).

Another question:
With the ilightbox module you use on the theme, i cannot zoom the images, specially in mobile devices. The site i’m developing is about paintings, and it’s very important to zoom in the images. I was gathering info about ilightbox and they don’t solve that issue. Is there a way to implement another lightbox plugin? I have to find a solution for this, maybe the fastest way is to substitute the ilightbox for another lightbox module, like Photoswipe or similar. Could you help me changing the code or something? I think i can do it following your instructions.

As you can see the lightbox used in Uncode don’t have a zoom functionality, this is a famous premium lightbox plugin (iLightbox) and every plugin has it’s own features. At the same you can try plugins since a complete plugin substitution it’s not an easy task we can support (support is offered in our forum for any kind of issue relative to the original theme). Ok, the link of the post thumbnail points to the image link, so i just need to deactivate the ilightbox module to let another lightbox plugin make its work. Ain’t that easy?

You can insert here too the Posts module but not with this “creative” layout, you need custom CSS modification to create this “out of the grid” style with the posts module, what you actually have in the first section is a combination of Single Image + Heading module. This is not one of the admin options since it’s really uncommon to have what you ask, you need to open the file “uncode/partials/menu.php” and about line 31 where you have this “home_url( ’/’ )” replace with your other webiste URL.

Just purchased your theme, I read good reviews and the visuals are great. However I have an issue with installing the child theme. Here’s what it looks like right now:

Ah! My web host had uploaded the parent theme through cpanel since the .zip was so big, so I didn’t get that redirect. I’ll read everything and make sure I install all the required plugins!

Just out of curiosity. Will this theme receive any feature updates anytime soon? I have purchased this theme and I really enjoy using it. It just seems like most of the recent updates have been more reactive than proactive (I appreciate the patches). When it comes to using UNCODE on a new project, it is hard to choose it over new themes such as Melinda and Level Up etc . I also notice that other creative themes such as Salient and Bridge are updating far more often. With that said, I love UNCODE. But if I invest in a theme for a client, I want to be sure I am using a theme that offers cutting edge features as web development moves rather rapidly.

I think Uncode we’ll send lot of updates in future, actually (and from the debut) is one of the ThemeForest top sellers theme, why you should choose to not work on Uncode more if in less than 1 year it have gained amazing sales results? The Uncode core and basis are something few theme can boast (really). We are working now on a massive update right now! No sorry this is not possible, the grid view is based on blog posts, at least you can insert adsense as banner on top or bottom the layout.

Hi, awesome workout! Is sliding of different single product images in the same item image window possible at the single product page. Not only just opening a bigger product Image when clicking on the Default (the now Basic functionality). Maybe also to show more than one product Image at the single product page and the option to Change the Image in the default image area when clicking on a smaller image below the Default Image area. I just explain that since Uncode is not based on “fixed” modules, for example the Posts module have more than 100+ options to be combined, the possible solutions are really lot. we have seen amazing solutions created by the users that we have never think of. You tell people it’s a server problem but many people have this issue. I don’t have a server issue. I have had my website years, tried many themes and yours is the only one that does this. You have an issue on your side.

Yes many people in your forum posted the same issue. I can link all of them here. By asking people to create tickets of issues it doesn’t show them interested buyers whats really going on. This board should show that there are common issues. One of them is product photo issues. It’s definitely not server issues. These people say the same thing that only your theme hides the product photos.
I really don’t understand why you are so angry and you still don’t open a ticket?

I did open a ticket but I also posted it here. Angry happens when you launch a theme and it comes with an issue. Many of your buyers are starting with a fresh wordpress install with no products. We of course have a 5 year old company so the problem was quickly encountered.
Let we check what the issue is instead blame us, I only show you that we have lot of big clients (also famous agencies) and no other have report this instead the 2 tickets you have found (where the users have not replied after our suggestions). Then in case there is an issue, this will be fixed as normal happens in software world. You blame us like we are amateur programmer instead top authors with a super tested and trusted theme.

Just a quick question.
When I go to your demo pages that show “works” with a filter, it appears that all of the portfolio items were added as individual pages. Just wanted to verify that when you use the build query function under index content in the posts module that you can only add content by category taxonomies if they are posts, and not portfolio items. I might have mistakenly added some comment as portfolio items when I should have created them as posts.
