Ok. So from what we can see, there is nothing what you can do with the current slider but you can move the content up instead with an extra css:

Is it possible to have an H1 tag into the picture ``Plumbing & Repair Services`` (The big yellow in the picture?) Also how can I put this picture STATIC (Not moving, not loading, just like a picture)??

We are sorry but it is not possible to wrap backgrounds images into H1 tags. But about the image itself, if you want to display it just as background, you need to use SECTION item instead of Slider Revolution where you can set background. And then, inside this section, you can use Column item with text on the left side similar to slider.

the problem is with your database which is not in UTF-8 format. What you need to do is change Builder | Data Storage option for non UTF-8 database under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
