To enable “Double Width/Height” property on images in a grid Gallery, you need to use the option provided in the respective Image’s Media Library property. You will be able view this option while you add the image to the gallery module (in the right side panel).

Apologies, there isn’t an option to add Caption to the Image in the Slider that you are building using the BE Image Slider module (which is used in this page). Alternatively, you can use the “Content Slider” module, in which you can add an Image and Caption one below the other in each slide. The Content Slider is also a page builder module.

Yes you can use the “Pricing Table” module in this demo as well. You can find this module in the Page Builder. Pricing Table is a Multi Level Shortcode, i.e. Once you add the ‘Pricing Table’ module in the Page Builder, you need to click on the ’+’ sign inside of it, to add the individual ‘Line item’ in it. The text string is hard coded into the theme and cannot be changed. However its been localized and if you are just looking to translate the string to a different language, then please follow the instructions here – http://brandexponents.com/oshin/documentation/translation/

If you would like to change the english version, then I can give you a php function that you can use in the child theme. Please contact via help@brandexponents.com if you require this snippet.

The text strings in the 404 page are hard coded, but have been localized and ready for translation. So if you want to translate it to a different language please follow the instructions here – http://brandexponents.com/oshin/documentation/translation/

If you want to change the English version and then subsequently translate it to the other language, then you will have to install and use the child theme. After installing the child theme, copy the template ( 404.php ) file from the main theme into your child theme’s directory and then edit the text strings in the file.

The issue would have occurred if you had an older version of Oshine Theme while updating the Page Builder. To fix the issue, You have update the theme to its latest version via the METHOD 2 – USING THE FTP as mentioned in this link here -http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/knowledge-base/update-theme/ .

If you are not aware to using the FTP method, do email us your URL, wp-admin id and password along with the FTP details (Host URL, username and password) so we can restore it for you.

Email the details via the Private Message form in the Support Tab in themeforest and the support team will attend to this.

Here is what you need to do,

a. Create a new PORTFOLIO item and give it a title PRODUCTS b. Set a Featured Image ( this is thumbnail that will appear in the portfolio grid ) c. In the same edit screen locate the PORTFOLIO OPTIONS meta box, and the Single Portfolio Style as PAGE BUILDER. d. Then in the page builder, add a GALLERY module and upload all your product images there.

That’s it. You can repeat the same for every other collection you have. I would recommend going through the knowledgebase here http://www.brandexponents.com/oshine-knowledgebase/article-categories/portfolio/, which has comprehensive instructions with screenshots and the portfolio overview article will help you understand how things are organized.

With regard to your second query, in a full screen slider, as the name suggests, images are scaled to occupy the entire screen. So it is not useful if you have portrait images. In this case, I would recommend using a “Horizontal Carousel / Ribbon Carousel / Centered Slider ”.

iMac, 24 in, but you dont understand, the scroll to section do not activate, you know, the dots for each sections, I only get the regular scroll and it wont go to the full section.

The Full Screen Section pages in the Demo does function as expected in all screen sizes. I can however look into the issue in your site. As theme authors, we have an extended license for the Master Slider & Revolution slider plugin and an exclusive purchase code that allows us to include the plugin with theme and allow theme buyers to use the plugin for free. Unfortunately you cannot use the Oshine purchase code for activating & automatically updating included premium plugins. The activation option is exclusively for those users who have purchased a license for the plugin directly from code canyon. The oshine purchase code can only be used for one click updates of the theme.

Premium Paid Plugins such as Master Slider & Revolution Slider, bundled with the theme are not eligible for auto-updates ( Not just our theme but its the same case with plugins bundled in other theme. ), but we will be periodically updating the plugins along with the theme updates so that you stay current. You do not have to Activate the License in order to be able to use the plugin.

Could you please provide the link to the portfolio page you are referring to, so that I can check if its possible. The social share buttons published as a part of the PORTFOLIO DETAILS module are meant to share the entire portfolio and not individual images and I want to check if you are referring to those buttons or something else.

Wordpress doesn’t run update checks for themes as often as it does for plugins, which is why you are probably not seeing the update notification yet. In your wordpress admin area, kindly go to DASHBOARD -> UPDATES panel and this would usually trigger a check for an update and in there you should see the update notification and option to update the theme.
