The label is something you most likely put in through the widget itself, check the widget settings. If not and it is a hard coded title (which I do not think we have any) but if we do yo can enter your own title, or translate it through our translation files.

Your theme doesn’t support Arabic, where are the ar.po and ar.mo files? Please, could you provide a link to them?

Right now we unfortunately do not have completed Arabic language files for Avada. We rely on our customer base to assist our greater community by submitting and updating these various language files that we do have. As was stated previously, you will need to translate the theme as per the link provided.

How could I remove the “blog” word from URL?

Did you set a custom permalink for the portfolio named blog, see this file if so: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/how-to-set-a-custom-permalink-link-for-portfolio-posts/
That’s an odd one, it certainly should not happen unless you named the page blog or the permalink.

When is fusion builder 5.0 being released?

It will be released along with our next version of theme that is 5.0 and is already in beta testing, however there is no confirmed release date announced yet but it will be sooner than you thought

Suddenly my Layslider has stopped showing on my front page, also lower half of front page is also not showing. Can you suggest any particular area we should look to help fix this. Can we simply put some fancy php inside functions.php file of the theme to force the Layerslider and the lower half the front page to show up. if you could supply this bit of php code ‘snippet’ – We would be grateful.

We will love to assist you with the issue you are facing but in order to check what is causing this issue we have to take a proper look at your setup as this is not a known issue and Layer Slider works in our theme just fine, are you sure none of your other 3rd party plugin is causing this ? Please try disabling all the plugins one by one. Also make sure you are on the latest version of theme please.
Also, Please go to Layer Slider > Advanced Tab and make sure only Concentrate Output option is enabled, disabled the rest and see if it works.
If that does not help either, we will need you to fill in a ticket with our support center and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, i have a presale question. For seo reasons it´s important to (i.ex) choose a heading font size i.ex. 75px but it should be a div without htag. i need to be flexible in font size and element tag and that in each row and text or heading what i create. Is that possible?

You can change the header sizes in our theme using Theme Options > Typography > Header Typography or can simply remove them if required, any HTML code instead of the header tag itself can be inserted into the content area however in case you need to edit the files this will require a bit of customization.

I couldn’t upload the theme directly on through WordPress dashboard. So, I tried the FTP method. Unfortunately, I faced below error, even though I tried to transfer in binary mode but the result still the same. Please help.

I’ve solved the issue myself. I re-downloaded the theme file and did a clean install.
Now, the problem is I couldn’t delete/close the ‘in progress’ ticket. And way we can close ticket manually? Ticket no: 108544

At the moment we don’t have an option to move the search bar to the middle of the header. You may be able to use header #4 to insert the search field in the header, however you will still need to use some custom CSS to move it to the center.

This seems to be a subset, what version of Avada are you using? If older than v4, check the field for font weights, it may have latin in it.
