If you want to translate our theme fully, then you have to translate the wp-content/themes/porto/languages/en_GB.po and .mo files into your language.

We have already deleted this plugin because of so many issues coming in the latest Master slider plugin. In our latest theme, we have used the Revolution slider in our theme.

Please update your theme to the latest version of Porto 3.4 then your issue will solve auto.

And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support. Thanks for your understand.

So I have to change my content on homepage from Master Slider to Rev Slider. OK, more work. Regarding support: I appreciate your comment but reporting bugs by users should be allowed, free of charge, especially since it will only help you.

We have not tested this plugin yet with our theme and it’s not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us, but we think that if the plugin is coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme like Porto. You can also confirm from the plugin author as well. This is the best info we can provide at this stage.

Can I use porto in to build two different websites in two different domain using standard license?

First of all thanks for showing interest in the porto theme.

Sorry to say that, it is against the license policy of the ThemeForest. All ThemeForest products allows One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless the number of clients, license works with the number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

I recently bought the template for use in a single domain, I just wonder, if I create a “sub domain” and i have a new wordpress instalation, i need to buy another license? or I can simply use the licence that I already own?

the idea it’s use the template, for the same brand… but i need that subdomain contains just a landing page with the same brand of the parent domain.

it’s something like this…

www.brandname.com (one instance of porto-wordpress)

industrial.brandname.com (another instance of porto-wordpress «landingpage»)

Hello.. Is it known that Porto theme conflicts with WooCommerce Jetpack (www.booster.io) PDF generation? I just found that all PDF documents can not be viewed in browser when Porto theme enabled.

I am having a LOT of issues with this theme. First, I can’t upload the entire download file because the CSS file is missing.

Next, I tried to download the Word Press file only. When I try to install the plugins, I get this error

how can i change “woo category sidebar” header name “CATEGORIES” TO PRODUCTS? I don’t have a lot of categories, so name “categories” makes no sense, i like change it to PRODUCTS. Please help. thank you.

Just Go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo category Sidebar. open the category widget and change its title to what ever you like it to say. Thanks.

It is not what you think. I know how / where to change as what you referenced above. what you said above and i asked are two different things. I meant the products that I added according to their categories and then i assign these categories to the left sidebar. It AUTOMATICALLY name the header of sidebar “CATEGORIES” of the header. I do not like it. Not only that the info box sidebar looks different than the rests. Please tell where i can find it in the source code to change “CATEGORIES” to PRODUCTS.

Can you please send us the screenshot where the Categories appear on the frontend so we will give you exact solution for this issue.

Hi, I think my zoom level (with mouseover on the product images) is not quite big. Is there a way to enlarge the zoom, so that I can zoom more into the image? I save most pictures 800×800, so there are big enough. I think it shows them 300×300 on the product page.

is it enough to upload 1 image and it will be resized automatically? Or do I have to upload each image in 3 formats? I have set up wp and your theme as in your documentation and I remember there was some setup for image sizes…

At Flatsome, I just put a [gap height=”20px”], then change the “20” to any number to get expected space. I tried it in your theme, but it wouldn’t work.

I want add more space on the top and bottom of the table.

Hello SW-Theme Support. As for the Porto theme. I have installed Shop 2 demo, and I love the top part of home page. But the middle part (content) is a mess. I want the middle part (content) of Shop 9 demo. Where I can find the shortcode? Do you have a shortcode page that your clients can get them freely?

Please also make a series videos to explain how to build a website with your theme. Please check Flatsome support. Their support is excellent. This way there will be less clients ask for supports since they can resolve their issues by watching videos. This is my advice for your support department. Hope you can improve your support

You can just leave the options you do not wish to you. You only need to setup basic and minimal options only like main color, header, footer, sidebar, etc… Rest all things you can leave as they are and it will work just fine without any issue.

We can hide or remove certain options for you that you do not want in the theme but it won’t be a good solution.

Since its a multipurpose theme giving users option to modify all important things is a must have for other users who requested lots of these features.

Can we help you with anything else? So that you can change your review. Or request a refund if you think this theme is not good for your usage?

I just purchased your theme. Loading pages is slow. And I found ALL DEPARTMENT of main menu on every page has side bar. How to remove that?

Please see the ALL DEPARTMENT I mentioned above. It is duplicated of Main Menu. Stupid design. I checked your Demo before I buy your theme. I didn’t see it in your Demo, but why in your sold theme you have this kind of stupid design?

By the way, your theme is difficult to customize compared to Flatsome theme. I am a web developer I have used many different themes.Your support is terrible, never response within 24hours compared to other theme support which normally reply promptly. Your theme was described passed all the test “loading fast”, but it not fast. You claim it is extremely customizable”, but it is difficult to customize. I saw other people have problems when they update your theme. I don’t want to have more trouble in the future. Based on above mentioned, I would like to request a refund.

Sorry for all the inconvenience you have faced. Your pages just need some settings properly. For the ALL DEPARTMENT sidebar, you have to deselect sidebar menu from the Appearance >> Menu. Or you can change page layout from Theme Options >> Woo commerce. Right now you have selected Left and right sidebar layouts for your Shop and product pages.
