Hi guys,
I’m using a “Slide Out from Right Hover” off canvas navigation and I’m finding that there’s a major space gap between where the hamburger is and the first menu item. Is there a title that goes there or is there any way to reduce that space?

Hey Salient, I gotta say that I love your work. I am working with the theme for quite some time. Your last update is also awesome.
Today I did add google map with like 100 pins on my site. So I worked with it like for 4 hours because I got to find coordinates for every place.
After 2 hours I felt that my eyes are really tired from the glowing white screen so it hit me, that maybe you could add to only this screen dark background. It would be more comfortable for the eyes.
It’s just my observation user.
Keep this awesome work, you are now way much better than Avada

I am trying to add this <?php do_shortcode(‘[contact-form-7 id=”2762” title=”Phone Number”]’); ?> to header.php based on a question somebody asked regarding adding mail-chimp form in header.php. Can you please tell me where exactly in header.php I should place it. This form is to have a user leave their phone number, which will be received via email.

If you’re using the secondary header layout, inside of the nav tag within the header-secondary-outer div. Css will likely still be needed to make it fit/align correctly. If you’re not using the secondary header, inside of the span_9 within the header-outer div

Question:
page speed and lightweight site matter a lot for my usage. I’m not going to use some of the effects in demos. Are the extra js and css for some contents and visual effects still going to load if I’m not using them? Some of the demos have noticeably high http requests and low page speed score.

There’s conditional logic already in place to stop larger scripts from loading if those shortcodes are not in use – since the demos were just updated I disabled all caching, once I turn that back on the page speed scores will go up a bit

Hi i’m super glad to use your theme, but I ran in to a problem with my mobile version. It won’t open the page if I want to open a submenu. I’m using “page-scroll-to-id”-plugin and on the computer it works like it should, but when I use a mobilephone the menu’s open to the submenu’s but they don’t link to the page like the do on the computer. So I can only open the homepage and the pages without a submenu. Can you help me with that?
Hey pafferen, you’ll need to turn off the the mobile sticky menu in your Salient options panel > header navigation section in order to allow this

Hi. thank you for nice theme. I got little trouble for making Nectar slider content(caption) alignment to right side. I know that Nectar slider give option to set content’s position left to right. Left and center alignment is ok from big regular monitor to mobile.
But the problem is right alignment. Left and center align has full width with centered, but right align has 1/3 width of screen so when it come to mobile the letters in caption got two lines~ Could you fix this problem?
I just fix it by using child theme(style.css). I changed the width value to ‘100%’ and text-align value to ‘right’
anyway, plz check this problem whether it is ‘bug-thing’ or not. thanks~!

Hey guys, has a lazy load option been added to the Nectar Slider yet guys?
this one is a massive option needed I think, its a deal breaker for using your theme for my clients as I create portfolio’s of images for them of the houses they build.
let me know asap, keen to purchase and use it again on a client now.
Also another option for the nectar slider thats needed is being able to add more than 1 slide at a time as well, another headache that would be great to get fixed. thanks guys.

I’m using text with icon and I am using a custom image for the icon. but it’s creating a gap between the text and icon? I’ve set the column to “centred content alignment.

The text with icon element always shows the icon on the left, in order to get it in the center you shouldn’t use that. Just a regular text block with an icon shortcode would allow this without modding

I am using a custom image, so I can’t use the icon shortcode can I? (the icons I need are not available in the given sets) I have used just a text block and inserted it as an image. resized the image in edit page but it doesn’t get resized when updated?
