Just wanted to be sure its compatible with Wordpress 4.6? because on the sidebar of this page it says its only compatible with upto 4.5

Yes, that is the right way to make sure however we are continuously working and maintaining Avada so our latest version is always compatible with the latest WordPress, incase anything goes wrong we always release a quick patch for our users that can be applied from Avada > Support Tab and you should be good to go then. The WooCommerce is a stand alone plugin and we make sure that our theme is always 100% compatible with it, you should already be using the latest version WooCommerce with our theme without any issues at all.

Hi. I’m using the lastest version of Avada (4.0.3). The point is that 2 files have outdated version:
Avada/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php (version 2.3.0) Avada/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php (2.0.14)
the versions required for WooCommerce 2.6 are: product-thumbnails.php (version 2.6.3) product-image.php (2.6.3)
This issue generates an alert at the WooCommerce’s plugin System Status page saying that the Avada’s files that override the standard files are older versions.
Maybe I just need to open the Avada’s files and change the version numbers, but I don’t know if it will cause problems.

We released a patch for Avada 4.0.3 that resolved the outdated template files as of the time of the patch. If you haven’t already, you can apply the patch via the Avada -> Support page of your WordPress dashboard.

If WooCommerce have released another update since the patch, we will include the latest version of all the WooCommerce templates with the next release of Avada.

We have 5 tabs in product page. In mobile > product page if I click on the tab it doesn’t jump to the text container. You have the same problem in your product page http://avada.theme-fusion.com/product/barbour-short-military-jacket/. Thank you, Sam

I have a full width container at the top of the page with a background image. My header has some slight transparency. The problem is that the background image of the full width container doesn’t touch the top of the page. And then when you resize the browser window, it drops down even further. How can I make it so that the background image of the full width container always stays at the top of the page?

That spacing is the page top padding. You can set this globally or on a per page basis. If you want to remove this, please set the page top padding to ‘0px’. You can find more information on how to set this value in this article of our documentation:

Hmm, I’m not sure how this will work with background images because they are inserted using CSS, not HTML. You may wish to give a third party plugin a try, such as:

Hello – Wordpress 4.6 seems to have broken the banner on the main site – you can see what I mean at calalondon.org. As far as I know, I have the most recent version of the theme (dated June 9 2016). Is there a new version coming?

Hmm, Avada 4.0.3 is compatible with WordPress 4.6 so you shouldn’t be having any issues with your slider. I had a look at your site and it seems to be loading correctly on my end. Hello,
I have tried installing Avada twice from the .zip file and after upload it is showing as “installed but broken” – apparently a stylesheet is missing. I had support staff at my web host help me install it and it came back with the same issue. Any suggestions are much appreciate.

Hello,
I am using the classic shop theme for a client, but I’ve noticed there are NO option for buyers to choose the size of a product, example: Dress size small, med. large, and there’s no options for other colors for the products either.
Why is this the case? Why wasn’t that very important functionality added to the demo? What can we do to get those options? We NEED these 2 options, or at least the option to choose a size.
Please let me know ASAP.

This functionality you are looking for is actually a part of WooCommerce and can be simply enabled by setting your product to variable instead of simple, you can see how a variable product looks here : http://avada.theme-fusion.com/classic-shop/shop/accessories/casual-colorful-t-shirts/

1. Yes you can indeed disable our theme sliders by going to Theme Options > Advanced > Theme Features

For the plugins you can just simply disable them and same goes for other scripts such as google maps and font awesome.
