Nothing has been touched and all the sudden the fusion slider on the home page no longer shows – has there been a patch for this. Do not recommend support as this slider works on promoted demo and has worked until now.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “Do not recommend support”. Unfortunately there is no way for me to know what is causing the sliders to not work on your site without being able to inspect the issue. This comments section is for pre-sale questions only.

I am not paying for support for an issue that I have nothing to do with. The slider is a function that is being promoted in the demos and simply stopped working. This needs to be fixed or I will request refund. Lets get to this and take care of customers asap – I have over 600 purchases on Envanto

I am afraid you are certainly missing the whole point of how a technical product support works here. We can assure you that every slider that we bundle with our theme namely Fusion Slider, Layer Slider or Revolution slider are 100% compatible with the latest version of our theme as well as WordPress and there is no issue at all with the slider functions, for all we know this can be a system or any 3rd party plugin related issue only replicable on your website and in order to find the culprit we have to take a look at your setup.

I have the latest releases of both Wordpress and Avada Theme installed. Out of no where the Fusion Slider stopped working on the home page. STOP pushing paid support! It is embarrassing for your product. You can send me demos of the the slider working but on my site it does not work and it was working just fine. Nothing has been touched for over a year and it stopped working. So like I said – you the slider and function you promote is not working. If you will not troubleshoot your product that you are promoting that does not work. Again I have over 600 Envanto purchases – Please issue FULL REFUND.

First off we need to be very clear on a few things because things in your post are not correct.
We (themeFusion) do not push paid support, in fact we have nothing to do with it.
It came from Envato, they enforce it and we sell on their marketplace so have to follow their rules.
In fact, we have even grandfathered in anyone in who bought Avada before the introduced the new paid support policy on Sept 1st 2015, so if you bought before then you have free lifetime support as noted in this article at our site: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/
For your issue, without being able to reproduce it, we simply cannot fix it without looking at it.
Nothing has been touched for over a year and it stopped working.
This could easily be the issue, you could have old files or plugins causing this. All we know is it does in fact work, if it did not you’d see pages and pages of users replying saying it does not work. We keep everything up to date and everything works fine as you can see on any of our own demos.

Actually if you bought Avada over a year ago and that site has not been touched, then you easily have FREE lifetime support because we (ThemeFusion) gave it to you!

Looks like the ticket never got submitted because I did not include http://www. for wp login url. Ticket has been resubmitted – this is an urgent issue
Hmm tickets can be submitted even without that, you can enter fake info in the URL even, for example just a ”#”.
Just make sure you checked out the email on file and that you have access to it and received a ticket auto response saying we received it and will reply soon.

Hi simple question but cant seem to find a clear answer. Is there any font end editor capabilities with avada? meaning i can edit and make changes from the font end?

This is something that is on our radar, but there is currently no ETA for this feature. We’re hard at work on Avada 5.0 which includes a brand new page builder, along with a lot of new features and performance improvements theme-wide.

Quick question. I want to change the order of information on my sidebar of a Single Event that coincides with The Events Calendar (I also have the Events Calendar Pro). The current order of the sidebar is:
Details Venue Map Tickets (This is a pro feature)
What file do I need to edit to make it so Tickets shows at the top? It’s kind of tough to have the button all the way at the bottom. Thanks.

We are integrating the event tickets layout in our next version actually, it has already been in beta testing and will be out soon, the ticket feature will then be a part of content area and not sidebar of events. I suggest you to wait for our latest version 5.0 in this case please

Hi there—For Portfolio items, I see that it’s possible to turn off the magnifying glass and the link icons. But is it possible to have the entire image clickable and open up the gallery view in the lightbox gallery (with the left and right arrows to scroll through gallery items of the same category), not go to the Portfolio item page? This is not a possibility right now, if you want the portfolio item to go to the gallery you have to enable the magnifying glass icon, disabling the complete image rollover as well as icons will only take you to the individual portfolio page and not the gallery page, this will require a custom solution, for more info on this you can talk to our customization partners here : https://theme-fusion.com/customizations/

hello support, I have two questions. First, I’ve been looking into the different documentations but still cannot figure it out. I want to use the popover element. What I need is when they hover or click on the image, a popover box with some texts will appear. I tried it but it doesn’t work the right way. (I even tried mixing the popover shortcode and image frame shortcode but it doesn’t work) Maybe you can help me easily find a tutorial or document on how to do it. Second, how can I activate the coming soon page? Do I need to get a plugin for that or not? I saw Avada theme also have a coming soon page, but I cannot see any tutorial how I can activate that, while I am editing my current website. Thank you in advance.

I love your theme and it is working nicely for us except FAQ. We’ve tried to add the FAQ, it was working for sometime and now after updating, it has stopped appearing. We have done all the things mentioned in the documentation already.

Hmm, we currently have options to set a background image on the header, which would also appear behind the menu, is that what you are after? If so, this can easily be done on all of your pages via the Theme Options, or on a per page basis via the Fusion Page Options.

Good morning, we write You to inform that in the Avada 4.03 there is a bug already unsolved about the single event using The Event Calendar by Modern Tribe the You declare to be perfctly compliant. The issue is relative to the file located in wp-content/themes/Avada/tribe-events/single-event.php. The file single-event.php doesn’t work correctly and override any kind of setting putting the content like Detail, Organizer, Google Map and so on, in the sidebar. Avada is the only one theme with this kind of issue. Do You plan to fix this issue soon? Thank You very much Alessandro

Hmm, this doesn’t sound like a bug, just the way that Avada uses the template files is different to the default implementation. This was a conscious decision by our design and development teams, so I don’t think this would constitute a bug. The only issue that I am aware of is with the Events tickets extension and that issue has been resolved in the upcoming Avada 5.0 release.
If you have any suggestions on how we could improve Avada’s integration with the Events Calendar plugin, please email them through to support@theme-fusion.com with ‘Avada Suggestion’ in the title so that it can be reviewed by our development team.

Good morning, I opened a ticket to the Themefusion support. They told me to wait 2 or 3 weeks…. Now the question is: You are selling Avada Theme since over 2 years declaring the full compatibilty with The Event Calendar plugin, and the customer has got to wait 2 or 3 weeks to have a patch ? Even when you declare compatibility, any update (from the theme or the plugin manufacturer) can cause issues. We fix those issues when they come up.
The current update is delayed longer than we expected so I imagine that is what you are seeing. I will find your ticket and see what the issue is, and if a patch can be released.
Best thing to do is reply back to the ticket though.

Oh this is about the single detail sidebar for events ticket, an add on, not the actual plugin.
This is a huge item in fact, and not available via a patch.
However, it has been fixed in 5.0 and is no longer in the sidebar but in main content area where it should be, which is where the default Events Ticket Add On puts it.

This is probably because you’re not uploading the correct zip file to WordPress, you must make sure that you are uploading the avada.zip file only and not the complete package, for more info please read this article : https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/whats-included-in-package/
