I think that those features can be added as a part of any plugin who handles this job, so i don’t think that those options will be added on our theme anytime soon.

Hi. I’ve just installed Kalium and ready to customise. I wanted to change the fonts probably using the google fonts option but when I go to the typography menu the fonts are just listed and have no preview to show what they look like. Is that just how it is? I was expecting to be able to see what the font looks like so I can style it visually as I go.

Yes our theme supports Parallax, and it can be done easily through Visual Composer plugin.
Also our theme works with Bootstrap, and the latest update of the theme that we released on 24 August we have also updated Bootstrap to the latest version – v3.3.7

1— We offer some level of customizations of the footer for every page ( http://drops.laborator.co/C3TT ), but you can’t change the layout type of the footer for every page.

We don’t have this issue on our theme, and it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
Also please make sure that you have updated all the premium plugins on the Appearance > Install plugins.
If your problem is still active then please just write a ticket on our external support system, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Hello! I followed the advice but it is still not working. All plugins are installed and updated. I deactivated the third party plugins one by one but could not find the problem. Before the update it worked perfectly. Please help me solve the problem.

Hi, I am a big fan of the theme and run my business from it .
I have just updated from 1.9.3 to 1.9.4 and the images within the single page portfolio are not displaying: http://www.designperth.com.au/portfolio/logo-design/.
As I can’t afford to have my website’s portfolio not working I have had to revert back to 1.9.3 – so you will see a working page from the link. Can you advise if this is a know issue or of a fix ?

Hi, I have just bought your theme (i.e. 20 minutes ago) and can not upload it to Wordpress. I’ve done this quite a few times with other themes and have never had a problem. I’ve disabled all plugins and tried again but still it comes up with an error.. am I sure I want to do this and does not give me the option to override just refuses to upload your theme. What should I try next? Having read some of the recent messages I’m wondering if it has something to do with the update?

Hello, After updating the kalium version, our site is showing this error:
«Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_shortcode_custom_css_has_property() in /home/bfj/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/kalium/vc_templates/vc_row.php on line 54»
And when we try to access wp-admin it shows:
«Fatal error: Call to undefined method TGM_Plugin_Activation::is_tgmpa_complete() in /home/bfj/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/kalium/inc/laborator_actions.php on line 280»
How can we solve this problem?

We have tested our theme really well, and that problem is not happening to us, but when you have 9k+ users with different servers and different configurations some bugs appear.
I would like to thank you for your patience. We are now stress free and we will continue to work from the Monday.

You are using an old version of our theme (1.8.5) and the latest version for the moment is (1.9.4), please update theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure
Important: After you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
P.S: We will update Kalium to the version 1.9.4.1 very soon with some reported bugs fixes.
