Hi, I’m think I’m just about through the how-to info, and I wanted to pull in the slider for Demo 120. However, while the xml file is there, the .zip file for 120 is not. Is it not available or do I can I get that zip file on its own someplace?

If you were referring to this demo http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge120/ it is using Qode image slider element http://screencast.com/t/eKoKaugPbL, and there is no separate file for importing, so if slider isn’t showing, maybe one of slider images isn’t imported. You can simply add this element to a page, and to set your images instead.

For the warning you’re seeing:
1. In your WP admin -> Qode Options -> Logo, make sure to upload your logo in all the fields there, instead of our default logos. That should resolve this.
if the warning is still on after it, you should then edit this file wp-content/themes/bridge/includes/shortcodes/shortcode-elements/slider.php , and you need to edit following part of code

I’m currently building my website using the following demo: http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge120/
I really like it so far, but have noticed a few issues with the qode image slider on the homepage. 1. The right arrow function doesn’t work or only moves to the next image, but not again when clicked a second time – this is when used on Mozilla Firefox.
2. The right arrow also is positioned much closer to the edge of the slider than the left arrow.
3. When the browser window is made smaller (as it would be on smaller mobile devices) the slider images are shown vertically in a list underneath each other, which is fine and I believe the normal way that this slider behaves. However, the images seem to be made larger than their original size – to fit the window width. As I sized the images to the exact height of my slider (510px), they are all blurred when enlarged on this view.
Please can you let me know if any of the above can be fixed or changed with a bit of customization?

1. We just checked mentioned demo in Firefox, but we couldn’t reproduce the issue.
2. Also, arrows are positioned equally http://screencast.com/t/vSGih7aI47Xl http://screencast.com/t/0LHHtwfM and both navigation buttons are same size – 53×53px
3. This is intended functionality for Qode image slider, but in order to have slider on mobile devices also, you can use Image gallery with slide gallery type http://screencast.com/t/wZJxR1JGCyP and also you will be able to specify image sizes.

Thanks for the feedback. It’s strange that you weren’t able to replicate the problem, as it definitely doesn’t work on Firefox. It does work on Chrome and IE just fine, which is the confusing part. I will log a ticket for points 1 and 2, thank you.
Regarding point 3, I don’t mind that the slider breaks into the individual images when on mobile devices, the issue I have is that it doesn’t show the images in their original true sizes. Is there a way to rectify this?

Thanks for explaining this further. Yes, images are sized correctly, but because they are stacking below each other on smaller screens, their containers become larger and stretched to 100% of device width.
If you want to use image width, specify its width within the css code below: }

1. Probably you are using light header skin on white header background. Header skins use predefined styling in order to have consistency while using skins. Header skin can be set from global options (Qode options > Header) or from per page options when you edit page. If you don’t want to use skin on some page, simply choose default option, or switch to different skin. 2. Header type will be applied across entire site, and it can be set from Qode options > Header. For sticky header, simply choose sticky header type http://screencast.com/t/jSJM6aE0P1gU

Hi there, love the theme, but on mobile view, multiple items are skewed. For example the Qode slider subtitle doesn’t appear. I believe this is to do with the amount of padding I needed to place, but this doesn’t seem to be relative to the device using to access this. It appears correctly on web view. Also appearing correctly in web view, but not mobile is the footer. On web view two icons are place d on the left and right hand side respectively, but on mobile view, they are stacked but not centered. Please advise how I correct this – maybe it calls for custom css? Thanks!

It is Blog slider visual composer element. Edit your home page, and check if it is present. Save the page, and check it again. There may be problem only if featured image for some post is missing, so slider cannot be initialized, so also check if all posts images are present, or try to limit number of posts by setting post category with smaller amount of posts http://screencast.com/t/v356UswCNUS

Almost done with a project using Bridge, super happy how everything finally turned out thanks for creating such an awesome theme guys.
One minor issue with Image Slider – Mozilla on Windows. (also with Chrome on Macbook)
Please have look at this page http://kgntx.startfast.in/careers/ on Row 4 (the one says Benefits), try clicking the right arrow a couple of times. On the second image it quickly scroll in reverse! Weird I know. Help fix this?

In the meantime, try to disable all 3rd party plugins one by one and check every time, and also activate main theme in case that this is caused by some modification.

I noticed that in demo http://bridge28.qodeinteractive.com/ in tablet portrait view shows the logo without problems, but when the viewport changes to landscape, the logo stays the same as portrait (small).
Is there a CSS trick to fix this?

Header and footer area will not be displayed when Landing page template is used. And in case that you want to hide footer on some pages, this can easily be done with few lines of css.
