I have a question: I hired a web designer to add a feature on my theme, how can i guarantee that he will not see my Avada Registration Purchase code? I submitted the registration, but the Purchase code is still there.

There is actually no guarantee at all since the developer can look into it anytime he wants, i will suggest removing the code from there unless you take the full control from your developer and then you can register again :)

Why not? All of our sliders accept our shortcodes as well as custom HTML coding so you can put anything inside the slider using a new layer, we also have Revolution Slider bundled with our theme that is one of the most advanced slider out there.

For more than a month now, when I am trying to share a post on facebook, my post gets shared without the “Featured Image” but with another image.

Do you know why this is happening and how to solve it?

This might be due to the reason that your facebook sharing cache has not been cleared, please go to this URL and put your post URL there and click on debug button : https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

This should solve your facebook sharer cache issue, However if you still see the old image please open a ticket and our support reps. will get back to you as soon as possible.

Or you can use any 3rd party plugin to create your own 404 page as well instead if required.

Thank you for the great theme and support. I have recently been experiencing an issue with updating contents on pages. When I modify an element in Fusion Builder and click update nothing happens. All the changes would reset and nothing would be saved. Any idea what’s causing this?

This should never happen at all, please make sure that you are on the latest version of WordPress, Avada and Fusion Core plugin, however if the issue persist please open a new support ticket with us filling in your complete website details and we will gladly assist you with it.

Please make sure you are assigning the homepage as the shop page too from WooCommerce > Settings > Display Tab and the shop page is set to show products and not categories only.

Pre-sales question

Hello Avada team,

Just a quick question after searching the net looking for more info. Have you heard of someone using the Avada theme along with a directory plugin and if this has turned out OK?

I’m about to embark on my second purchase of the theme and was wondering if some of the features of a directory website can be integrated in the Avada theme.

We have not personally tried any directory plugin ourselves yet so i can’t really throw a solid recommendation here for any plugin at the moment however if i remember correctly a ticket or two had came across where people were using the directory plugins with Avada but i can’t recall those. I’d suggest starting with some of the free to use available plugins first :)

I was looking to the theme an my dashboard and I noticed that one of the plugin that comes with the theme is the “Slider Revolution”. Is it the full version of the Slider Revolution with all, or I have limitations?

Awesome, we’d love to have you on board! In regards to updating Avada, all updates to Avada are free and can be applied directly from your WordPress dashboard. All of your Avada 4.X content will be converted to work with Avada 5.0 during the update.

Hi, I have installed the product and tried to change the skin colours (experimenting as it looked alittle dark) but lost all of the demo colours and fonts in the process. now the website looks very different from what it was. is there a way to undo the changes without losing all of the work we have done over past 7 days? Our Support Manager replied already to this so we’ll let it be handled through there. Others are signing up without issue so it would be best to provide him with your purchase code so he can setup your support account. For support, make sure to check out this link, if yo8u bought before September 1st 2015, then we are allowed to “Grandfather” you in for free :) https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/grandfathered-support/

For your issue, try to go to the support tab in the Avada welcome area (avada > support) and look at the bottom for the “Avada Patcher Tool”, make sure all patches are applied.

But first, make sure you are up to date with the theme and fusion core plugin, Avada 4.0.3 and Fusion Core 2.0.3

If that is not it, we will need you to submit a ticket so we can check into it as we cannot replicate it on our end as seen here: http://avada.theme-fusion.com/photography/

Hi i already tried Avada patcher and apply all patches but still no use. The menu still disappear in ipad. Could you please help me? My purchase date is 2015/12 :( Thank you so much

Hmm, that would indicate that the server is blocking Avada from making changes to your file system. This is difficult for us to debug issues like this without taking a closer look. In most cases, you need to manually apply the patch via FTP. We really do need to ask you to head on over to our support center to submit a ticket. If you do need to extend your support period, you can do so via your ThemeForest account:
