Try disabling page transitions, because transitions cannot be used with WPML. Also when transitions are turned on, header and footer are not reloaded, only content get reloaded. This can cause issues mostly with some plugins because they demand their scripts to be loaded in header or footer and they are not.

Yes, WPML is possible cause for this issue, but also, 3rd party plugins / scripts can cause conflict with AJAX, so try activating main theme in order to see if it is caused by some modification, or inclusion of some script.

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.

You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.

CSS can alter element styles, colors, size, etc. but since arrows are not present as an option for testimonial carousel element, then they will not be present within page markup, and there is no way for us to style them, or to hide bullets in order to display arrows.

Re sizing browser window is not good representation of responsiveness, because theme is using fixed grid which means that layout will be adjusted on screen resolutions from actual devices on page load. For example, reloading page from google Chrome emulator will not show this issue http://screencast.com/t/r5g9twUDl.

I said ‘you can see what I mean’ by doing it, not that it was the best way to test anything. You get to see how the background images get pushed up. They are not starting at the correct position for the sections. On a phone, they re so far up you can’t even begin to see them. On a larger tablet horizontal you just catch a glimpse. It’s a bug.

Custom JS code will not be loaded if you are using page transitions. So try disabling page transitions from Qode options > General, or place custom JS code directly within pages, by using RAW JS element.

When importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party WP plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import and open chrome developer tools, hit Import and watch console for errors. When some error occur refresh import page and repeat the process. Importing demo content must reach 100% without displaying error in console. So repeat it until console is clear (sometimes you have to repeat process for 2-3 times or more).

Please note that this is common issue when importing demo with all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers.

Common problem with Import can be WordPress memory limit and upload time, and it is good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.
