Image with text over element hover state is hidden on some smaller screens, because users often add to much content which cannot fit on smaller screens. You should be able to enable hover state with custom css code below: }

You can apply the code from Qode options > General > Custom code > Custom CSS field.

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.

You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.

Thank you, this worked even though it was a fresh install it fixed one issue. The second issue is that upon import, the rev slider is not importing the slides.

When demo is using rev slider or layer slider, demo sliders have to be imported separately from Plugin Import / Export option. Slider export files are located inside Theme Forest download folder / xml export folder and they are numbered as demo. Please double check that you are using latest theme version (10.0) with latest Visual Composer (4.12). If you continue to have problems afterwards than it is probably due to some plugin conflict, so try disabling all 3rd party plugins one by one and test every time.

Make sure that all quotations are the same – it is most common error. Or, simply create icons with text on some testing page by using visual composer, and then from text editing mode copy raw shortcode from the page, and paste it inside footer column text widget.
