Hi again, I am super happy with these theme, but I just have a couple of questions. I am currently using the imported demo content, and have adjusted it to my liking so far. But I was curious to know if it’s possible to make some of the blog posts show up like they do on this demo page(http://demo.kaliumtheme.com/main/blog/?blog-template=blog-masonry&blog-columns=three&blog-sidebar=hide&blog-pagination-type=endless)
Where I can have audio/video posts show up directly in my masonry feed, my website is http://jayanthony.co and as you can see I have posted a quote, but it isn’t showing up at all on the main blog portion, I would like for it to show up like it does in the demo. Is this possible? Also, I posted a video as well for an example, but it won’t show up on my main page.

Hey guys love the theme, but I’m having an issue with images loading.
The portfolio thumbnail image loads on the portfolio overview on the main page, but then none of the gallery images load when you click on a portfolio item on the main page. I’m sure it’s something simple, but I’m scratching my head. The website url is http://lightingbygavin.com
Also, the menu in the upper right corner doesn’t seem to be working if that helps pinpoint the issue.

Is it possible to use external featured images and have them appear in the portfolio? I have uploaded a few images and they display correctly but there is no option in lightbox to use the external featured image plugin. I am trying to use photos I have in my google drive so I dont use up all the space on my hosting.

Hi there.
Can I add an Instagram icon to the main menu that just links to my Instagram account. I don’t want the Instagram widget showing my IG posts on my site, just a link to my IG account/page inside the main menu. I’ve been able to add it as a text-based link but can’t seem to figure out if I can replace the text with an icon.

Hej guys,
is there an option to make some of the thumbnails at kalium-theme “unklickable”? I´d like to add pure images to the portfolio-overview. I already found out, how to remove the category link and the hover-effects. A solution with completely no interaction (just images or gifs) would be great. Hope, you can help me.

That’s possible by adding some extra CSS so it will disable any click on them, can you please send us your site URL first, so we can investigate your site and then get back to you with possible solution.
P.S. make sure you’ve disabled the Maintenance/Coming Soon mode

Hi! thank you for this template. I have one question, on the http://demo.kaliumtheme.com/freelancer/ you have a hover on the images with the dominant color of the images, how can i do this? i try it to change it on the theme options/portfolio hovers but i can’t find the option. thank you! :3

That’s not the dominant color in this case, it’s a custom color for each elements, you can do that when editing that portfolio item.

Hello,
As we cannot send this ticket, we look for help in this discussion area. We have a problem with our website when updating to kalium version 1.9.4.1.
After updating kalium’s last version, our website is showing this error:
«Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_shortcode_custom_css_has_property() in /home/bfj/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/kalium/vc_templates/vc_row.php on line 54»
And when we try to access wp-admin area it shows:
«Fatal error: Call to undefined method TGM_Plugin_Activation::is_tgmpa_complete() in /home/bfj/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/kalium/inc/laborator_actions.php on line 280»
We must fix this problem as soon as possible, but we are unable to do it.

You are using an very old version of our Premium plugins,
Remember that every time after you update the theme please don’t forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can’t update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.

Hello, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the main problem is that we can’t get access to wp-admin to get to dashboard as you say. In the wp-admin page it shows a white screen with this error:

HI Kalium team !
I have a big problem, during the weekend my website crashed, blank page but I still had the wordpress dashboard. I restored all my website, deleted my inactive plugin and did everything I read in diffrent forum for this problem, nothing worked, so I deleted your theme, activated the wordpress theme and the problem was gone. So I re-installed your theme but then again blank page. I’m stuck, everything is updated wordpress, (theme, plugin etc) and my website is based on your portfolio fullscreen style so I can’t have an other theme.
Please help me.

where is the demo folder in the latest theme update? When I download all files from Themeforest I can’t seem to find the file that contains the revolution slider demo content. It was called this back in the day and seems to have been left out of the latest package you guys added to themeforest: revolutionslider.zip

We are very sorry for this, we just updated Kalium to version 1.9.4.1 yesterday and we made a little mistake when we choose files to upload, we just pushed an update to Themeforest with the same version 1.9.4.1. Please wait 3-4 hours until the Envato accepts our update, then when you download Kalium from your download files you will see complete package.
