I know, I know, my support has expired but I came across an issue that some others buyers may have faced since Visual Composer seems totally broken.
I use WordPress 4.6.1 + Bridge 10.0 + Visual Composer 4.12

This looks like a plugin conflict, so try disabling all 3rd party plugins one by one and test every time. Also, please share your site link so we can check theme and plugin versions on your installation.

thanks for such a quick reply! I did try disabling all plugins one after another but nothing seemed to make a difference.
In the WP dashboard I also noticed that I couldn’t click on ‘Screen Options’ / ‘Help’ on the upper right corner. And submenus won’t show on mouse hover unless I click. Super weird!

There are errors inside console related to some Internal Server Error http://screencast.com/t/DDq41nHUP6 and some files couldn’t be loaded, and more errors are triggered. This is server related so you have to debug this with your host. Also we noticed that there are 2 caching plugins, so try disabling them both. Also if CDN is used, try disabling this service also.

Well it doesn’t seem to be server related after all because VC and the WP dashboard perfectly works with Twenty Fifteen.
There are a lot of display issues when I switch to Bridge 10.0. I cannot even click on YES/NO buttons in Qode Options for example: https://postimg.org/image/4l4rw30ff/
The issues are the same with Bridge v9.5.

Latest Bridge theme is working fine and there are no problems like this one or any similar. Also, internal Server error is server error, and it might be caused by server resources, permissions, memory limit, firewall, or anything else, and hosting company should be able to debug this by inspecting server error log file.
It is normal that you cannot change any theme option because jQuery is not being loaded and this file is served by WordPress, and every script which is demanding jQuery will throw an error. According to this you also might try to reinstall WordPress.

Hi all, if you ever have this problem, here is the solution I found. You simply have to download a fresh version of WP and only replace your “wp-includes” folder with a new one.

We checked your site, and all pages are loading just fine. The issue can be present only if there is some 3rd party plugin conflict with our AJAX page transitions, and easiest way to fix it is to disable page transitions.
Page transitions can be turned off from:
1. general options Qode Options > General http://screencast.com/t/e6Ytlj3xB
2. local options (when you edit your pages) http://screencast.com/t/vymiSZ8oS8, note that these settings will overwrite global settings from Qode Options for specific page
3. Also you can turn off page transitions for specific pages by writing page URLs from Qode options > General > List of internal URLs loaded without AJAX (separated with comma) http://screencast.com/t/ZjpLeP7RR

Hi i’m having issues with the header on one of my pages. I would like for NO sticky header when I begin to scroll. Currently, the logo and menu remains when I scroll to other sections of the page. I would like for that to be gone. Please advise.

Bridge theme have responsive layout, which means that same styles/scripts are being loaded on all screen sizes, so currently there is no possibility to separate options only for specific screen sizes.

The right arrow on the Qode Image Slider is not working on PC (all the time). Never on Chrome and sometimes on Firefox. You click it and nothing happens. I have no problems on a Mac. I removed all scripts except for JQuery, plugins.js and default.js.

Hi! Here says that the theme has support to Wordpress 4.6 but when I activated the theme I got an error and screwed my site. Cannot access it anymore. It was a brand new wordpress instalation without plugins.

thank you very much for your help so far. It’s a fun theme to work with and I like all the various options.
I’m now working on my single portfolio pages but don’t see the Visual Composer elements showing as for a normal Page when selecting the ‘Portfolio Custom – Full width’ template. I would like to ideally use the Qode image slider on the single portfolio pages as it displays portrait and horizontal images nicely together at the same px height.
Question 1: Where can I find the qode image slider element to add to the single portfolio page (I have already clicked on the pink and white qode icon at the top, but the slider isn’t shown on that list)?
Question 2: If the above won’t work out, which other slider or gallery would yo suggest to best show both landscape and portrait images side by side? It doesn’t have to be in a slider form, just want all images to show at the same px height without the page looking too random.

Thanks for choosing our theme for the 2nd time.
Unfortunately there is no option to set icon list item link, and in general, link in mailto: format cannot be set because it is really not a good practice, since you will end with tons of spam when publishing email addresses in that way. We are advising you to use contact form instead, and Contact Form 7 is great plugin to start with in order to be able to create all kinds of forms, and to be able to insert them over Visual Composer.

For Bridge Theme can i have the site in 4 languages without the use of wpml. For example i want to have default language english so the url will be www.a.com\en\, then if i select german the url will be www.a.com\de\ etc. Is possible? The case is to have all the translate words in the database or in a file.

You can only try to setup wordpress multisite installation https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network in order to have 4 installations in 4 different languages, but it is really hard to maintain 4 languages with 4 different logins, etc. You will need a pair of extra hands, so it is much easier to use WPML plugin.

For the warning you’re seeing:
1. In your WP admin -> Qode Options -> Logo, make sure to upload your logo in all the fields there, instead of our default logos. That should resolve this.
if the warning is still on after it, you should then edit this file wp-content/themes/bridge/includes/shortcodes/shortcode-elements/slider.php , and you need to edit following part of code

Is there a file that will just import the LayerSlider file? For instance, I am trying to use Bridge99, but there is no slides for QSlider or LayerSlider. I’m using verison 10. I would like to use the same slider template that is in the demo, but nothing is there (http://imgur.com/a/pe81G). Is there just an import file to pull in the data for the slider? When demo is using rev slider or layer slider, demo sliders have to be imported separately from Plugin Import / Export option. Slider export files are located inside Theme Forest download folder / xml export folder and they are numbered as demo. Only one demo can exist, and if you wish to import another one, you have to clear previous demos. This is explained within theme documentation http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/3-demo-content/
But, It is good practice to install WordPress on your PC (localhost) and then to try different demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page.
