I am interested in purchasing this theme and have the following questions:
1. To confirm – is the Dashboard page visible to the users once they login only or even before logging in? Is it customized by admin only or by each user? I couldn’t tell for sure.
2. Do you think I would be able to integrate a plugin for a Twitter feed on the Dashboard or the News page?
3. How are the Site Survey’s managed? Just curious to know if this could be used and changed daily and also if there was a reporting feature to immediately share results with the users?
4. Can I turn OFF certain items such as the Calendar, My Tasks, and Organization, My files and Media features?

Follow up question regarding reply comments – under the forum the replies by users load fine but under the News or blog posts the replies end up off the page. If a user replies to a reply etc it continues moving to the right and you cannot read it. If you go to reply to it it is very small and I was able to paste text but wouldn’t be able to see what I was typing. Its not very presentable. Is there a fix for this or a way to disable users from replying to the replies so that they only continue downward like they do in the forum? I’m using a Samsung galaxy 6 if that helps. I saw a prior issue a few months back but I wasn’t sure if it had been addressed. Thanks.

1. we have a restriction plugin and because of that the Dashboard page is visible to logged in users only. THe page is built using Visual composer so you can easily change it
2. With a plugin it should be easy to add a shortcode
3. We use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-polls/screenshots/
4. Sure, disable the plugins are remove any shortcodes from the dashboard or menu

Hello, sorry for the late reply. The options are not the same, you could use the plugin. You have the option to disable the sidemenu then the logo will appear in the top header.

Love the design guys. About to purchase as we already use Kleo and love it. Before purchase, could you please just clarify a couple of things for us;
> Is it possible to introduce a cart icon to the header so you can see what is in your basket all the time? If not, is this something you’re looking at?
> Is it possible to edit the header as in Kleo, as we have no header so a very clean, white header to content etc. Is a similar amount of customisation available here?

One final question please – is there any plans to further style bbpress as in Kleo? In Kleo the BBpress message board has some lovely styling that makes it a pleasure on the eyes to communicate via forum. Unfortunately that’s not in this theme.

Hello, I am currently using your theme Kleo and I am thinking of moving to BuddyApp as it’s matching more the layout/design I am looking for. However after deeply checking the demo site I have a question in regards to BuddyApp
There are very nice layouts to display the Buddypress members using Kleo theme and many shortcodes for that, checking the demo for BuddyApp it seems it doesn’t have that but I am not sure, Can you please confirm? if it’s not there is it doable to do some customization to achieve the same “mainly taking about the members layouts here http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/buddypress-members/ “

1. blog is already in our theme and you must make your users authors to allow them to post articles from the admin area.
2. Yes you can customize the sidemenu colors
3. Total numbers is not availalbe but you have the buddypress widgets to show members, groups
4. Those pages should be made public and not to be restricted by the restriction plugin
5. Wise chat plugin that we use allows you to have a general chat channel.

yes but it is recommended to have a logo when the left side area becomes smaller on tablet and closed on desktop
Can I have a different homepage. My customer wants a free area and a member only area. Right now I am only able to see the member only area in the demo.
Hi, yes you can disable the private site and have a normal website. You can use a restriction plugin to lock some pages from your site
in BuddyApp can do it like this, example 1. I create group and selected user and give password. 2. and selected file or multiple files and selected user or selected group and then send. 3. and create folder and also password. 4. and share this folder (and also with password). 5. can view image, documents etc. 6. history chat and also send/receive file etc. thank you

Can i do changes in WooCommerce and install plugin which will show products in table and it will fit in theme or i need some additional custom coding? Can I disable some features so they will be hidden on left menu and no access by URL?
Hi, you can override woocommerce templates fi you need to in your child theme. IF you already have a plugin that works with woocommerce then it should work. In the left menu there are menu items and widgets so you can use a plugin to restrict widgets and menu items.
