This is server related issue, and you should contact theme support. Some users claims that host fixed this by adding following line to .htaccess file inside public_html folder:

SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1

but consult with your host first.

When importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party WP plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import and open chrome developer tools, hit Import and watch console for errors. When some error occur refresh import page and repeat the process. Importing demo content must reach 100% without displaying error in console. So repeat it until console is clear (sometimes you have to repeat process for 2-3 times or more).

Please note that this is common issue when importing demo with all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers.

Common problem with Import can be WordPress memory limit and upload time, and it is good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.

This is default WordPress functional, and there is option to enable comments globally, but option will enable comments only for newly created pages, and for all existing pages, you have to enable discussion form per page options.

Good approach might be to have two main categories, and then more sub categories within main categories if needed. In same way, you can set category slug for blog slider element.

In order to have menu below slider, you can create content menu. Unfortunately we don’t have a live example of the content menu. To create a content menu, you first need to add an empty row to your page, and in the row options set the “Row Type” to ”Content Menu”: http://screencast.com/t/a7XBw9dz5

This row will serve as your content menu.

1. Although installation is not covered by support https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy#whats-not-included-item-support we can install the theme for you. Regarding content, we can import one of our demos, but we are not in position to create custom content for users. Demo import process is actually one click import, and it can be easily handled by any user.

2. This can be achieved with custom css code below http://screencast.com/t/A5QlYinQadu .woocommerce div.product .images img { width: 100%; } }

.woocommerce .summary {
  float: left;
  width: 100%;

but you also have to configure woocommerce images to be larger (1100px width). Otherwise, images will be blurry.

3. We did’t tested that plugin, so we can’t tell you much about it, but if it is just altering paths to images than it should be working fine.

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer, Layer Slider and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.

You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.
