Hey Guys. Is it possible to display the simple slider navigation-arrows on mobile devices?
We could make an option for that in the future 
. Would make sense in some user cases. I think it may be an advantage if the user immediately has the chance to identifiy by the navigation arrows that there’s more gallery content available. . The only indicator so far are the bullets below the items. and they are pretty small… and you need to scroll down to them on small screens.
anyway. it’s still a neat theme..
Yeah, totally agree. There should be some indicator that you can scroll. It’s often enough with bullets, but we could make an option with arrows also.

I have a problem with cupons (eg 10% on the whole cart)... If I set “Display Prices During Cart and Checkout” to excluding tax, they work fine. But fuck up the calculation if I set it to Including Tax. And I would really like to set it to Including Tax since it is the only option that makes sense here in Denmark.
Hi there, we use default WooCommerce functionality for this, so it’s not controlled by the theme. I think you need to try ask in the WooCommerce forums or WooCommerce support regarding this.

I installed the theme on my local desktop installation to be able to do my initial WP testing. For some reason when I go to console Flatsome > Theme Options. I get an ” (my local ip address) is currently unable to handle this request” error. Do you know how to resolve this ?
I would like to mention that the other links like “Advanced”, Help and Guide” and other work fine.
I had also increased the memory setting in wp and php. Still getting 500 server error.

As I’ve mentioned , WP is just installed in my desktop so I don’t think there’s a way to see the backend unless we share screens. It is a bitnami virtual machine where I usually develop and test WP installations. Never had problem with other themes.

BOTTOM TEXT – SECONDARY specifically does not render any shortcode. That is in absolute footer. Copyright [ux_current_year] does not work either
looks fine when added, but when saved and you exit builder it shows up as shortcode

I have problems with Flatsome 3.0 Theme and woocommerce 2.6.4. When trying to edit anything, changing layout or whatever, I get the error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
I know for sure it is a problem with woocommerce, since deactivating the woocommerce plugin fixes the problem.
What should I do?

I’m in contact with your support now. They asked me to send the Woocommerce status rapport.. So hopefully we will figure it out. I can’t increase the limit over 64m with my current plan..
Well woocommerce recommend at least 128 mb. Is it possible to upgrade it? It’s highly recommended because of speed.
I was able to fix it. I first increased the limit to 64mb through my host. But found out that the file default-constants.php was setting the limit to 40mb. Once I edited that, it’s no all good. Thanks for your help
Ah, thanks for letting us know. Not sure who added the default-constant.php file. It’s not a part of Flatsome. Is it a part of WordPress?

Hi, trying to update to ver 3.0.28 and getting the following error: “Update Failed: Could not create directory. flatsome/assets”. Please advise.
I have 4 different test environments setup locally and getting different error messages when trying to update from ver 3.0.27 to ver 3.0.28. Here is another error message I am getting: “Update Failed: The theme is at the latest version.”
After further testing I can update to ver 3.0.28 from ver.2.9.6 but not from ver 3.0.27.

If I select footer 1 with 1 column and add a widget to it containing a row with 4 columns. All 4 columns are width 100% instead of 25%. Is it a css bug?
Played with version 3 for a day now, still some kinks but WOW, What an incredible re-write. This theme is gonna be #1 for Woo for a loooong time. GREAT JOB UX! I will be buying more licenses for sure.

Hi there, we are trying out flatsome with an affiliate shop using an AJAX product filter.
Every time a filter is being applied the masonry layout wouldn’t render properly anymore.
So just wanted to ask quickly which script we have to load in order to trigger the masonry rendering?

Here’s the error shown in the server’s log file:

I had some time to take a closer look and the issue was the limit of the memory in the php.ini. -> everything worked increasing it to 256M
I also read that the required memory limit decreased in the last update so thanks for improving this great theme!

So before the headings for checkout was in page-checkout-focused.php – (SHOPPING CART > CHECKOUT DETAILS > ORDER COMPLETE). I used to translate it in this file, but its not there anymore. Where do i find it now?
