I’ve just done a clean install of WordPress and purchased your theme. When I try to activate it this message is shown: “you don’t have permission to access this page” I have installed the flatsome3.0.zip and the flatsome-child.zip.

Could some one tell me what’s happening?

[UPDATE] I have been able to activate the theme by going directly to the child them an activating it by putting the code in the box. I wasn’t able to do that by using the common way.

Hello, How do I add the “count number” for each category like the old theme used to have? Now it only shows the count on the main category?

I bought the theme and installed it first on an EMPTY domain in order to build the website, NOW i want to move the website to the ORIGINAL domain but I cant using WP clone. what’s wrong? explain to me how I ll do that pls.

H1 tags are used correctly on the product detail pages (product name), but category and subcategory pages do not use H1 tags at all? What is the logic behind that? Most industry SEO pros always recommend an H1 tag on pages like categories, subcategories, and products (which you already have done). How do we fix the issue of the category and subcategory pages not having H1 tags?

Hi there, how can I increase the width of the main menu, drop down menus? I have approx 20 product categories (clothing designers) in a drop down menu which looks too long being a vertical drop down menu. Is it possible for the drop down menu to be widened such that the categories fill a rectangular drop down?
