When is the next Theme update for this theme coming out? The WPBaker plugin already have an update, so I was wondering if the theme will also issue a new updated package since we cannot update the WPBaker plugin.

Hello again. Regarding your first question, yes you can have a multi column menu. Checkout the More menu item on our main demo page: plethorathemes.com/healthflex
You can also add icons on each menu item, using a simple element.
Adding class “two-column dropleft” i can get two columns as shown in the demo. For three or four columns…. how do I do that? Are there any predefined classes that I can use? Thanks.

Currently there are no predefined classes for more than two columns, available on our theme. You can accomplish a 3 or 4 column menu layout, either by using custom CSS or by trying one of the available plugins from the WordPress repository. Keep in mind, that we haven’t tested any of these plugins and we cannot support you in these custom layouts.

It seems that the Health Packages and the Doctor features can be created using the Accordion element, found in our theme’s Page Builder. You can see an example on the Services page: http://plethorathemes.com/healthflex/services/
The floating widget, is not currently supported, but can be easily implemented using one of the following 3 options:

The fatal error indicates that you have not enough RAM available. Your hosting package ( or you WP configuration ) is configured to use 64MB of RAM, a limit that is considered extremely low for a 2016 WP installation.
Whenever you try to update your theme options a new stylesheet file, containing all the new styling configuration, is created on the fly using a LESS pre-processor…a procedure that demands a certain amount of RAM. In some setups, 64MB might work fine without any issues, but on many cases a fatal error might rise sooner or later.
Please read this article for more information on your issue and the solution. If your problem remains the same, you can always open a ticket on our technical support website and we will assist you asap.

Hello, the menu is absolutely positioned on the right with CSS. You can re-position it with CSS on the left: e.g. .menu_container {left: 0px;} If you need further assistance, you will have to open a ticket on our support forum. Please have in mind that HealthFlex is not officially suppported for RTL issues, we can only give you some directions.

hello there, im from a digital agency, so when i get some new site to build, we develop inside our website, and when clients aprove all website content, we install duplicator plugin and build a package content and installer, so then we upload, these files inside the new host. run the installer.php and then all content will be there. this is a default procedure here.
but when i tried to do this with your theme, this message come through the website homepage:

could you please explain to me how do i fix it ?

This is the first time we come in front of a behavior like this. Plethora_WP is one of the core classes. If this is not loaded then you should not be able to reach page.php by any means!
I assume that you are talking about the known Duplicator plugin ( by LifeInTheGrid ). Unfortunately, none of the team is familiar with the plugin’s codebase and overall functionality in order to provide you with a quick hint. With a first quick check, I created a package on my localhost without any issues…so I assume that the issue occurred during the installer process.
I will continue my research with the installer process, meanwhile you should create a ticket on our support forum, as this will speed up our communication. We need the following information:
1. On the ticket description, describe the Duplicator process in detail, specifically the part where the error occurs ( screenshots are welcome, don’t forget to blur sensitive information ).
2. The PHP version on the client’s production installation. If this is less than 5.4, then we might have the first suspect here.
Apart from these, we will need some more installation information that you can get from your development installation. Please visit Theme Options > Help > System Info and copy-paste all the System information in a file and send it to plethorathemes@gmail.com ( don’t include it on the ticket, as it contains some sensitive data, such as file paths etc. ). Don’t forget to mention Duplicator Issue on the message subject.

Just a note…you should always ask your host to upgrade your packages to the latest PHP version available ( prefer PHP 7.0, if available ). Among others, this will definitely make your websites faster with the exact same resources ( memory, etc. ). Check this PHP5 vs PHP7 Speed Comparison in WordPress article…it’s 100% true!

Apparently you are trying to upload the whole product package zip file, which is not correct.

- Update to the latest Healthflex version - Deactivate and delete the existing Visual Composer installation - Reinstall VC following the installation notices
After that you should not get any notice about VC…if the problem remains the same, please create a ticket on our support forum.

We have already tested the PinPoint plugin with Healthflex…everything seems to work fine. If you have tested PinPoint yourself and found out possible issues, please let us know in order to add them on our to do list.
We plan to officially support the plugin starting from the next 1.4.6 release that is planned for submission on Themeforest on September 9.

Loving this theme, so nice to use!!!! But sadly I’m having an issue with the logo and navigation.. when I view the website on my tablet the logo is overlapping the menu. Is there anyway we could set it so the navigation breaks to a new line/row so there’s no chance of the overlap happening? Maybe you already have a work around for this issue.. I’m using version 1.4.4 if that helps I look forward to your advise!

Have you tried the ‘View as List’ option? By appending the ‘list’ at the end of your Events page, e.g. domain.com/events/list/ you’ll get a list of all upcoming event. You might also check out this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/linking-to-specific-event-views/

Yes it is. You can create your own Contact Form 7 form, similar to this page example.
You may also use the Calendly service, which allows you to add an iframe to get your bookings similar to this page example.
Last, but not least, you may try any other booking plugin you prefer ( such as the Pinpoint Booking System or something similar )

1. Yes, and, beyond the classic capabilities of the plugin, you can add a Rev slider very easily on the media panel section
2. Our theme(s) are fully compatible with Visual Composer and actually the plugin comes bundled in the theme package, so you will not need to use a separate license to use it along with Healthflex
