Hi, Nested comments and replying to comments do not work. There is another comment about this issue and while your team has mentioned that it’s fixed, it still has not been fixed. The other user querying about the issue has not got a response after starting that it still doesn’t work. Would be great if the issue can actually be fixed because it’s a core (an important) feature.

How can I restore demo content. After installation the images did not appear.
Hi there.
You can use this panel to reset the demo import feature and start it again. However, the better way is to reset the WordPress to an initial state and install the content again. Please note a WordPress reset will delete all your content.
However, most likely the missing images from the demo content import are related to your server configuration. If still have issues, to fully debug the issue, please contact the support team via one-to-one support.

I have a client who had their website developed using this theme. It is 2 versions behind (1.8.5). I know have to purchase the license to update. I have had an account with theme forest for many years so no problem there. However, when I moved their site over to another server, the footers are not appearing. I did go under appearance > footer > and update but still no footers appear. I checked all pages and clicked on custom footers and still no footers. Can someone assist me with this? Or is this an update issue? I know the Google map problem as I see is an update issue. I’m concerned about updating the theme until I know all the parts are working properly since I am unfamiliar with the theme. Thanks so much!

For theme update is no need to purchase another license. The updates are free for the theme buyers. The footer need to be assigned again from WP Admin > Appearance > Customize > Website Footer. If still have troubles, please contact the support team via one-to-one support.

I tried that but its not working. In fact, it keeps coming up with a message there are premium plugins that need to be installed and activated. It’s the Live Composer. I tried to install again but now I have 2 installations. The original one is activated. Can I delete the plugin without it deleting all the work done? I assume the work is still in the database correct? I’d like to try that but I want to make sure I won’t be breaking everything by doing that. I don’t have original license #. It appears he didn’t put it in for support that’s why my client wants to purchase another license so she has it.

Hi, we have same problem with feeds like other person explain. There is an infinite loop on tags/feed. [removed] This cause lot of crawling errors for serach engines.

Hi, The theme is advertised as having a very fast page load speed (90% +) Is this speed attained ‘out of the box’, or will I be required to add a page cache plug in to attain these load speeds?

Map plugin is not working on contact us page, it shows error “This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.” I even tried to put new google map module and address but it didn’t work either. help me making this work

do you have any idea why not a single navigation (including the mega menu) or link, including all the buttons, works in Internet Explorer (10) when I open the demo site, before I resize the browser window, i. e. reduce the size and then maximize it again to desktop size?
Never happened with any other theme before and is obviously a no-go for anyone selling web services.

We are working on new theme update with completely new header/menu builder.

Update on this for anyone else having issues, it seems to have been resolved by disabling the: Enable Page Preloading Effect option in: customize – advanced settings

Please delete ninja forms plugin and install our latest version of the theme. Ninja layout master plugin is not compatible with NF 3.XX and we are not sure if the plugin developer is going to release update any soon.
