I’m having issues with this email templates on Gmail Android. How can we make this template hybrid so it doesn’t rely on media queries?

Hi thanks for interesting, font only able to align, add link, color, and size. Changing font-family is not recommend in HTML email because most of the email clients still support only cross-platform fonts. (more info)

Hi, I’m interested in buying this constructor, I’m new to the subject and I want to be clear about a few things before buying, so I understand you build the design of the mail and when ready one would be saved in html version? ie after as I can put it in an email and send it as a newsletter? I can send this newsletter from a normal mail example **@gmail.com?

Hi, The template package included an HTML version, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, MyMail, and StampReady compatible file folder.
If you don’t know HTML you can use a StampReady builder to modify template and export an HTML file to use with service you prefer. (here a demo video)
However, I do not recommend to use Gmail client for a sending HTML email, because the method for sending HTML email with Gmail is to copy/paste template that host on your hosting and Gmail is removed style in the header when sending. That cause template not responsive.
I do recommend to use an email service provider(MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, StampReady, etc) for sending an HTML email template because they provided a host for your template and images asset. They included all the template code and responsive able.

Hi, if you refer to the main background outside the container, it only able to change through code. Just open the template(html) file in code editor at the first table after body you’ll see the background=”img/background.png” try change this link with your own image hosting somewhere else.

Hi,
I just bought the template and want to customize it w/ StampReady. For some reason, I can’t actually see the modules in the Modules column – the column/area is just dark. I know the modules are there as I tried to drag&drop even though it’s all dark and funny enough modules do show up in the “Drag your modules here” section.
Any idea what might cause this issue? It will be difficult to customize the template when I can’t see which modules are available.
Hi, make sure you make a zip file from a “Hora” folder inside StampReady folder not a whole StampReady folder that contain documentation.txt here a demo video

Great! After spending 3 hours creating my own template i bought the template! But after that i wanted to download my custom made template by your generator and now its gong!

Hi, thank for purchased my template. did you use the template builder’s directly in the demo page? because it unable to export. You will need to import and do it in the StampReady.net(free register, no purchase code require).
I still got the demo version i sended to my mail. Only theire is 1 problem. If you can help me with that that would be kind! Add me to skype: airsoftdpj so i can show you the problem. After that i will delete my complain.

However, template builder can’t export as a MyMail files due to the difference code structure. You can use a files in mymail folder and actually mymail already has their own template customize function(as you may know.)
I got already the code bu theire is something wrong with the responsive part.
Now our 180.000 subscribers are waiting for a newsletter but because the poor information on your system didnt told me it would not saven the changes i would make im now screwed.
In which time zone are you. Because if you can answer this tickets as asume you also can take a look true skype.

First, what an impressive collection of themes! I am using myMail plugin and find your themes just perfect.. But I have a question as I want to choose the best fit for my business.
I am a fine artist and send out new works about 3-4 times a week in a newsletter. Are any of your themes best suited for an artist? I don’t see a lot of “portfolio” themes in your collection but I feel they just might work. My newsletters are less article based and more image/purchase orientated. Any advice on which of your themes would suit what I am looking for would be awesome.

Hi, Thank you for you kind words this is pretty tough question haha because I don’t have much gallery layout However, I’ve look through my collection and choose some for you.
- Kertas – this one was chosen to use as a newsletter for Envato studio They use for introduce a service from many author.(sometime a portfolio and promotion too).
- Dexter – this one include 2/4 layout that I think it may look nice if you want to show multiple thumbnail of your great works. Also, a separated header bar that best when you want to make a series of gallery.

Hi,Thank for interesting, you do need a This plugin in order to use my template in WP. it might cause you more money. but I believe this plugin worth it. You can try play around in their demo.
