Great theme!
On a portfolio project page, is it possible to incorporate the portfolio project thumbnail gallery at the end of the page (e.g ‘boxed/portfolio metro’ style layout minus the project you’re currently on or have that project thumbnail dimmed/active)? This instead of previous/main/next links. I couldn’t find this option in any of your demos.

How do you change the Title color of the icon boxes?

As you can see this is not an option, you never see colored Icon Box titles in none of the 200+ pages of the demo since Uncode even if offer tons of variations is based on a minimal approach. When trying to add “Posts” block in visual editor and build the custom query for it, i’m getting error in the console:

I guess in source text I can add some filters by hand: loop=”size:10|order_by:date|post_type:post somewhere should be filter for Post_category, but i don’t know syntaxis.

Firstly i have had so many difficulties on importing demo data. From your issue description seems that you have not followed the steps for the demo contents installation (when you don’t have headers it’s because you have not activated the required Uncode Core plugin before import demo contents: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/demo-contents/

Hi, there. Very excited about Uncode, well designed and versatile, a tool to build great themes. Before my purchase, I’d like to ask:
- I want to embed images, quotes, and carousels within the texts of posts, as seen in the “Working from home” demo post. As Uncode uses Visual Composer, will I need to split the texts of my articles into many boxes, separated by media boxes, which is time-consuming and clunky, or is there a procedure that makes it easier and quicker?
- For security, I run a Flash blocker. Whenever browsing the Uncode demo, the alert of “Do you want to use Flash?” keeps firing up, even on pages which have no visible videos or multimedia elements. Any idea why?
- How do you achieve the Lighbox effects on the demo? Does Uncode include its own Lightbox or is it a 3rd party plugin?
- I’m going to be using Facebook Instant Articles (which republishes Wordpress content) and I suspect that Uncode, gorgeous both on desktop and mobile but relying heavily on shortcodes, may be frowned upon by Facebook. Any experience or feedback on this?

1. Unfortunately you need to split the text to include other elements, I perfectly understood your needs but there is actually not other way. Some themes have shortcodes to do this but in my opinion you lost more time working with them and anyway you don’t have a “clean” text.
2. No sorry it’s the first time we have this report, Do you see the same message also in the showcased website? Maybe the chat tool from Intercom but it’s very odd anyway, let us know!
3. What you mean exactly sorry? This is an implementation of the iLightBox plugin: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/features/lightbox-options/
4. Actually we don’t have had any report about this plugin but for sure this plugin republish textual contents and simple image, it cannot translate Visual Composer complex modules (not in Uncode, not in other themes).

- Just launching http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/ triggers the “Do you want to trust this website to use the Adobe Flash Player plug-in?”. The Web Inspector shows a lot of calls to adobe.com via (for example) plugins.js at cdn.undsgn.com
- So iLightBox is embedded into Uncode, and there’s no need for a separate Lighbox plugin, yes?
- Facebook doesn’t need to receive a replica of the website, just the cleanest possible texts and images (they have their own way of formatting things). So I guess it will have to be a leap of faith.

1. Ok understood now, this happen cause there is a fallback for audio and video inside the plugins.js file.
2. Yes the iLightBox plugin is part of the theme (it’s really integrated).

Hi there, I bought the theme and I’m having problems to install it. So I registered myself at undsgn support page. I put by mistake a wrong email address. So I couldn’t verify the email. So I went to “edit my account” changed the wrong email to the right one and clicked in “SAVE” button, but it doesn’t save. the page keep loading forever. So i bought&download this theme with visual composer around half year ago for making photography business website for my friend. This photography startup got delayed and i didnt need to make site until now.

I think the problem is that your WordPress has automatically updated to the new version that is not longer compatible with the old Visual Composer, so you need to update the theme and plugins to the latest version (this is a problem of moths ago for all the themes that use Visual Composer): http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/theme-update/#wp45

Thanks for responding promptly! What’s the best module to use to make those text blocks you seen in the theme I linked? I’m assuming I can offset the margins? Is there a post slider that I can put into a page header? Trying to make my site landing page show recent blog posts so its more active! Looking forward to your answers.

Nice theme but the Woocommerce My account area is all messed up, instead of the tab bar its just placing the menu at the top of the page, no ajax firing for the tab views… Fix please.

2.6.1 was released months ago in June, since then we are on 2.6.4 you really aren’t keeping uncode upto-date with Woocommerce in a timely fashion? Tha’t s a bit of a concern.. are all your clients running out of date woocommerce in order to have a functioning theme?
This is not a critical issue and generally our customers don’t have problem with just a tab menu messed up in the account page, the few customers interested have asked us and found our tips in our support forum, just a few codes to paste in the Theme Options > CSS to temporary fix.
Devs fixed the problem with the theme not being compatible with Core Woocommerce changes, all good.

Does this theme allow to create multiples one pages? I mean, I wish I could create double menu: a fist top menu to navigate to each onepage and a second menu specific to each one page. Just like apple website, but with responsive solution – one not muddling each other?

Yes you can create what you need since you can assign to a page a specific menu, this mean you can have 10 one page scroll with 10 different menus. The only limit is that the menu style is the same, I mean you cannot have a page with the lateral menu, one with the overlay style etc… Let us know if you need more infos!
THE DEMO DATA DOESN’T WORK I’m getting error : Ooops, the Demo Content couldn’t be imported all in once. Please refer to this troubleshoot thread for a possible workaround.

When I signed up for support, I accidentally entered the wrong email address. When I change my email in “Edit my account” it hangs. I have tried numerous times over several days, but it makes no difference. It just loops on the save button.
