I have installed the theme and it appears to be triggering a number of fatal errors
such as:
Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/mbpt/public_html/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 3354
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/mbpt/public_html/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 575
So far after a few minutes these errors disappear, but they are a concern – is it possible to have some assistance please?

I am unable to install any of the demo files. I have tried everything. It times out every time. Its really frustrating to have to spend this much time on a theme just to get the demo files to load. I am on Dreamhost.com and have WP Memory Limit:256 MB Server Memory Limit: 128 MB
Ok I even attempted to install this on Hostgator thinking it may have been a issue with DreamHost.com but i still can’t seem to get the demo’s to install.

Just purchased this theme. Is the visual composer that comes with it only this stripped down backend version? I.e., is there a way to make website edits using the visual composer on the front end where you see your visual elements while you make edits?
Hi whitfobj, as you can read all over Uncode (as other top seller themes) uses a tailored version of Visual Composer and the backend editor is disabled cause the actual engine is not sufficient to master the set of options Uncode offers you. Thanks, I understand that the version which comes with the theme download uses the tailored version where the backend editor is disabled….do I have the option and ability in this theme to turn it back on?
No sorry this is not an option as explained since the actual engine is good (and not so good) just for basic functionalities, while Uncode is really extended. I suggest you to give a spin with the backend version since customers are creating top notch websites: http://www.undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/

Uncode is a great theme! Loved the theme. Content Slider is also just the perfect solution (simple & easy to use) for the need. But can we hide the slider controllers in content slider? ie. if I need to hide the slider dots, or next/previous buttons from content slider, is it possible? If so please clarify how to do that. Now I’ve manually hiding it using CSS display none property.

First at all, congrats for the great theme implementation. It´s great.
I would like to ask you in reference to the adaptive image feature. What´s the proper resolution for retina displays? I want to create a photography/portfolio site and I would like to know what´s the right large resolution for the photos I will upload to the site. In theme description you describe a 2880px x 1639px as max resolution. Is that correct? It seems an unusual and rare resolution… did you select it for anything in particular?

We suggest to upload 2880px width images since this is really one of the biggest size you can use (apart some very few large desktop displays for professional use) and the height is not relevant. Anyway Uncode should care of the size and will create adaptive version of the images.

We cannot directly send any copies of the theme to the customers since this is all up Envato (it’s the policy) and you need to contact their support. Hello,
How wide does this theme go? I mean, aside from full width sections, can I go as far as I wish with text-filled pages/posts?
Also, just had a huge headache with this other theme I’d gotten that required too much coding just to get posts and blogs to come out as wished…ex: having to keep featured images from showing up, other images coming in too big, getting search results to come out as one would wish/not with gigantic featured images…etc, lol. Does this theme cut out a great deal of these sorts of headaches?

Okay, regarding width, just noticed your ‘Grid Systems’ display on one of your demo pages. Nice and wide! Was that created with Visual Composer or something else within your theme?

There are also other settings that can help you create any layouts you need.

Hi there and thanks! As you can see I took the plunge and purchased your theme; that is, after spending a couple hours studying through your demos and manual. So far? Loving it. Had a problem though with being able to zoom on mobile and tablets. So I installed the “Definitely allow mobile zooming” plugin to fix it.
Speaking of edits to the core files, I couldn’t find the Child Theme. As I understood it, it was supposed to have been installed with the whole Uncode installation? Or shall I just go ahead and create my own child theme?

Well, for starters, your theme screwed up my calendar in multiple ways. Took a look once again on one of my dummy sites where I’ve got you installed and sure enough, it’s all screwed up. Not to mention how your theme doesn’t play nice with other IMPORTANT plugins of mine.
Mind you, after looking through previous forum requests/questions concerning similar or the same issues I’ve experienced and seeing you folks’ responses I knew I would get no where. Thus, I moved on.
I’d put in for a refund if you’d grant it but somehow I doubt you will.
Regarding to Filtringars flash problem. Will there be fixed oder optimized Version of the plugins.js ? I have not installed flash and get the message every time… dont now what will happen, when chrome does not support flash anymore very soon

Hi, im thinking about purchase the Uncode theme and i’m not an skilled person in wordpress issues. My question is: i want my clients could have some kind of private content (a page with a gallery or a portfolio) than they could access logging in as suscriptors using a kind of ‘log in’ box/form. Every client would have his own private content. Could it be possible (even if i get that using a 3rd party plugin)?? Looks beautiful and easy! Thanks

Just a pre-sale question! Have you incorporated a well known megamenu, is it your own version of a well known megamenu with limitations placed upon the original, or is it basically entirely devised by your good selves?
I want to be able to add images spanning the full width to act as headers for different megamenus, but still have a multiple column configuration beneath. I think this would be a nightmare if you had taken a pre-existing menu and changed it accordingly. I am not nearly good enough with the code side of things to do it blind without basing it on someone elses’ tutorial or findings. Meep!

Hello! I’m looking forward to buy your premium theme. As a pedant I’ve found some sites with your theme (e.g. teenvice dot com) and some of them have performance issues with uncode-ajax.php. As I see this script executes multiply times and recieves only filenames of pictures but according to Chromes Dev Tool it tooks too much TTFB . My client doesn’t uses hi-end hosting, so I want to be sured that I won’t experience that issues. I believe it’s problems(in this particular site) with cache system and I want to know how to avoid this situation beforehand.

I just want to point out the calls to the uncode-ajax.php are asynchronous, so they are not affecting the performance of the loading time. It’s actually the opposite … it’s loading faster and then load the big resolutions images afterwards. You can anyway turn off the async option and load directly the big res images (it’s necessary though if you are using aggressive caching system). The system it’s made to increase performance and not the opposite.

On a portfolio project page, is it possible to incorporate the portfolio project thumbnail gallery at the end of the page (e.g ‘boxed/portfolio metro’ style layout minus the project you’re currently on or have that project thumbnail dimmed/active)? This instead of previous/main/next links. I couldn’t find this option in any of your demos.
