Not sure if you saw my other concern from my previous post about my home page nectar slider having something lodged underneath it?
There’s a black space at the bottom which is making the button in the nectar slider stuck. Also, when you scroll down passed it it makes this white flash before going to the next section. I don’t see anything in VC that is causing this.
Any idea what that is and how I can fix it?

Hey, it looks like you have two nectar sliders on the page both set to parallax http://imgur.com/a/5tLB6 please either remove one of them or change one to not use parallax

On your next theme update can you work on the W3 Validation? For the home page alone there are currently 16 errors. I understand that for modern web you will have a few errors that without it is impossible to get the look or functionality you want. However, looking at the report here I see that most of these are easy to fix. For example you are using the row ID 2 times, which is allowed only once per page. Can you consider fixing these on for the next update please?

I accidently dragged the page header settings in a post above the visual composer and refreshed the site without saving. After that everything was blank without any styling. Console gives me the following errors all over the Backend:

Changing the Theme and deactivating all Plugins doesnt help. It looks like no scripts and styles are loaded, just pure html output. Any Idea how to fix that?

1. You most likely have not changed all instances of it – if you’re using the transparent header option you need to change the ones uploaded in the transparency tab: http://imgur.com/a/dncRY

I’m still having issues with the thumbnails being different sizes on my shop page.
If you look at the Vinyl sticker thumbnail that I have in one row, the thumbnail is huge and pixelated. ideally I’d like them to all be the same size like they are in my mixed media row.
•Is there a line of code that will make each thumbnail a certain size (300×300 ideally).
It seems each row has a different size and I don’t know how to remedy this so that they’re all uniform.
•Also on my home page under the top nectar slider there seems to be a black space below the parallax right above the portfolio section that appeared out of no where.
There’s nothing in VC that show’s anything between those 2 rows and was wonder what is causing that glitch and how to fix it?

Did you see my response to your last comment in regards to the shop image sizing? You can set your own custom image size in the WooCommerce admin panel > products > display > catalog images, you would then need to run this to regenerate your thumbnails https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Hi I just want to know why there is no comment link/button under the standard blog; there is no comment box under the post ( which shows the comments people did and making a new comment box… Thank you i have friends that have the full view of post with standard and have a comment button so people can connect. Hello Yes, I do have the comment area on a single post but when you go to the blog link http://www.sullivanjphotography.com/blog/ I just changed my blog to standard, which Iove so everyone can see the complete article….but, there is no place for them to click on to comment. I gave you stuckincustoms link as an example. I would love to have a button or a “Comment” link so people can interact with me and others after reading my posts. Again….thank you for an amazing site. I get a lot of compliments from it but I do need more interaction, comments, etc…

Hey guys, I found out via this forum that the “Equal Column height issue in Internet explorer.” exists and that you guys are working on an update… Of course I’m here because I found out the hard way after updating

But perhaps it’s a good idea to add something like a table “known bugs in current release that will be fixed in next release”? That way I can stay safe under the motto ‘if it ain’t broke, don’‘t fix it :-)”
Because I had to update quite some pages which had the ‘equal column height’ ticked… Just an idea, it could save you and us some hassle. Knowledge is power…

Also, when using full page rows in a single page design (as many would) the animation does not work unless it’s only on the first fullpage row. How can I get the animation to show when the row comes into view?
Also hiding a row doesn’t hide it, it still shows.

1. Are you saying you’re not seeing any row animations except for when switching between the first row? Are you also seeing the same on the three demos which are using a one page setup?

Well I added animation blocks and they all have activated already by the time user scrolls down to that section. They all activate on page view not section view.
When is the next release due?

I’ve tried with just Animation block and that does not work. I’ve tried with just column animation and that sort of works, all elements appear at the same time – animation delays are ignored. And coverflow gallery features a fanning out effect which occurs on whole page load not the fullpage row reveal.
The “Animation Block” Is not a Salient element, the column however is – you were entering delays in seconds when the format requires milliseconds. I’ve changed the values in your pricing row to show an example

I am trying to simulate the smooth fadein effect that UltimateAddons provides, where the columns fade into view smoothly. With the default column animation elements seem to only be able to be displayed sharply (quickly). Can you advise on how to get a slow smooth fadein?

1. As I mentioned above you can set this in the Salient options panel > general settings > functionality tab at “Column/Image Animation Timing”
2. I logged into your site again and saw that the issue was that you were using the “Move Dynamic/Custom CSS Into External Stylesheet?” option. In order to use that you need to make sure your file if writable by the server – either your file permissions are not sufficient or one of your security settings/plugins is preventing it from writing. I’ve disabled the option to allow your dynamic styles to update normally for now

Hey, it seems you set the inner row id to also be Home, causing there to be two instances of home. This is what broke the menu link

Whenever I try to oEmbed a youtube video within the Toggle Panels, the oEmbed ends up not working. How could I fix this?
Also, the submenu doesn’t work on Android or iOS phones, while it does in developer tools (it won’t open). This is not bothering me at the moment though, just a heads up.

There are only 3 issues remaining with this theme now:
1) Setting menu items to fullpage rows makes them all selected no matter which is active (all underlined).
2) Changing font settings of headings on the homepage do not take effect.
3) Menu dropdown features colour and font size that I cannot change.
Login sent a week ago.
Please advise.
The mobile menu also does not exit after clicking a link, it stays open blocking 90% of the page.

1. This is an issue when using the full URL such as “http://www.customweb.co.za/#pricing” instead of ”#pricing”, the fix will be in the next update
2. You have the h1 set to 60px in the Salient options panel > typography tab which is what i’m seeing on the front, please list specifically which heading isn’t responding to your settings from the typography options
3. The colors for the dropdown can be set in the Salient options panel > header navigation tab by selecting “Custom” for the “Header Color Scheme”
4. I’ve turned on the option for the mobile sticky header which closes on click for single page animated links
H1 & H2 are not reflecting on the homepage, no matter what font I change it to.
Not row animations, ANY animation on subsequent pages (fullpage rows) – anything animated on the later slides happens when viewing the first page – by the time you get to the other pages all elements are static.
3. Changing to custom colour scheme has no effect – still showing the original teal.

Is there a way to sort the portfolio by most recent post? I have it set to only show Next Project or Previous Project if it is within the project category, but I want the Next and Previous to be by date, not alphabetical.
