Ok, please switch to default WP theme then and check if the comments on homepage works with default WP theme activated.

Like we wrote above, those icons are for Popup Contact Form button. These icons are not for Back To Top button. These are 2 completely different items.

No, you are wrong These are 2 completely different items and while there it an option to set Popup Contact Form icon, the icon for Back To Top button can’t be changed because it’s coded in theme files and to change it, you need to modify footer.php file.
