we do not have same item included but to create something similar, you can use 3 different WRAPS with content on the left side, image in the middle and content on the right side. List of included items/shortcodes you can find on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/boxes-infographics/#articlebox (as a content you can use Icon Box items for example).

Thanks for you reply I managed to create this … https://cdn.pbrd.co/images/awCNMSdYd.png the icons on the left is actually buttons and the one on the right hand side is dropcap, and I used those to control the size, as when I tried to use icon-box I found it too large and I couldn’t reduce its size (is there any way to reduce the icon-box size)? Now, the button I can align it center but the dropcap I can’t dropcap looks better, can I have it centred?

Sorry but we do not have anything like this included into theme. We have a place for secondary menu only what you can see on Be|Lawyer2 for example.

1. To change menu font size on mobile only, you need to use custom css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    #Top_bar #menu ul li a { font-size: 20px !important; }
}

2. But to change border color, please use:

Top_bar .menu > li a::after { background: #000 !important; }
