Hi,

Try to submit support ticket twice for support but yet to receive any so far. I’ve used the Queen theme in my Shopify store, but there is some weird bug:

When I try to hit “process to checkout” button in Chrome, a error message is shown as “Theme cannot be previewed because it’s missing one of these required files: layout/theme.liquid, templates/index.liquid, templates/collection.liquid, templates/product.liquid, templates/page.liquid, templates/cart.liquid, templates/blog.liquid, config/settings_schema.json.”

However, the bug does not appear in Edge, IE or mobile browsers. Could you kindly help with this?

i like the theme and like i see it has an amazing support thats why i think about to purchase it but have a couple questions.

My site should be content orientated. Is it possible to sell info products so the user can download them after a purchase?

Is it possible to add the mega menu to the blog so i can get categories for my blog? I know there is a possibility to organize the blog with tags but i want to keep it simple for the users so the user have an overview about it.

Can i add a view with blog post categories or recent blog posts to the landing page in a kind of horizontal paging view?

May I know which type of content your store is providing?

Regarding the mega menu, you can add it to any items on the main navigation, including the “Blog”

If you need to add blogspot categories/recent posts to landing page, please contact us via support@roartheme.com for help, because it need to be tweaked in the source code.

Is there an option to switch this off and let the customer continue shopping? 2. Can I customize a checkout page and add Return, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions? 3. Is there another option of displaying shopping basket rather than sliding window from the right? 4. Can you add video to product image?

Nice theme, but I have an issue. When I take “Add to cart” to add 1 unit of the item to cart, the cart doubles it to 2 items, So If I set 2 items when I do “Add to cart”, it shows as 4 in the Cart page. How can I fix this?

Really awesome theme, quick question. I am trying to get my designer to create a custom background for the “static block” on the home page. What are the dimensions that I should tell him to create it for so it is appropriately displayed on the website.

Hi, I am deciding between this theme and your Material theme. Both great themes.

- However for this theme, I noticed that when you add something to cart, there is no number on the cart (in the header) to indicate how many items you have in cart. Are you able to add this feature?

- Also when adding an item to cart, it leads you to the “your shopping cart” page. Are we able to relink it, so a small pop up appears, similar interaction to your Material theme? Or the very least is the number in the cart changes so user knows that they added something to their cart?

Hi, went to upload the theme but it says it’s 30MB and Shopify only allows 20MB upload… Am I missing something?

This happens when you are trying to upload the incorrect .zip to Shopify. 99% of the time this happens when the folder that was downloaded from Themeforest was NOT unzipped beforehand.
Within the folder there are 4 items – Readme.txt, Changelog.txt, Documentation folder and Packages folder. The file you have to upload to Shopify is a .zip file in Packages folder.

Hello. I just purchase your theme. I like it a lot, however, I have a few issues. 1. I thought I am going to have a featured product banner and featured products in the blog post section. Anyone know how to adjust the Product Image Size? There are only two options in the dropdown, which are Medium & Large. Unfortunately, on the homepage the image just isnt large enough. How can we input a larger size or possibly an extra large feature?

Hi there

The theme looks good and is really working well for us, unfortunately I’ve run into that issue described elsewhere regarding the shopping cart hanging if the quantity ordered exceeds the quantity available.
