Still the best theme we’ve ever purchased – good to see that you are keeping it well up to date and making it even better than it already is!
Just a quick one, I’m trying to make a slideshow background on a coming soon page in the row element – is this possible? Currently it doesn’t allow me to select multiple images and just the one, is there a trick I’m missing?

No sorry this is not possible, I think you refer to have static contents and some images that fade in the background, right? Ahh bummer – I thought it would’ve been done already! It would be the best feature out to make easy full screen sliders without any hassles! Basically we wanted some static information on the front with a mail sign up list – then have the images rotate automatically in the background.
I guess we can replicate this function via nominating a video as a background – just that it won’t work with apple!

Even as a coming soon landing page? How does one make it fullscreen without menu/footer items etc? How would the elements be loaded on top? View this link www.sofiexbear.com.au – we just need the background to change like a slideshow.

Hi. I was wondering how do I make it so that pictures on sliders doesn’t show up at the menu also? So that the slider pictures only show in the slider section and the logo and menu section doesn’t have the picture showing also. Thanks

Hi,
I was testing the Uncode demo on mobile, and when I open the sub-menu (like Features), the sub-elements appear and I am able to toggle the Features submenu closed when I click on it.
I’m working on my website and it doesn’t work. Do you know why ? It would be possible that it is the fact that on your demo you use Mega menu whereas I don’t?

Hi, I tried to post this on the support forum but the support forum is not letting me post a comment. I have tried a couple days now wondering if it was just down over the weekend, but it is letting me post a comment on multiple browsers that I have test. Here is what I wanted to ask:
- Why the mobile menu is not working. For some reason, it is gone and not sure how that happened. I have noticed the past this has been a problem, so I wanted to see if this still was a problem for the newest theme version.
- If there was a way to decrease the margin on top and bottom for the header before and after the logo
- Is there a way to change the logo when the page scrolls down with the fixed header?

Hi there, when I am using the media gallery, image carousel, mansory my problem is that only row with this model can be displayed, when copying it (exactly the same) is is not displaying. I have checked all adjustments and they 1:1. Can you please help.

This is not one of our suggested hosts since it’s note only for the low price not for performance, anyway Uncode you can run Uncode and we have lot of users with Hostgator. I would like to suggest not to use the very flat plan, the Business plan is good and offer great performances ( just 2$ + month).

Is there background color picker with this theme? I only have the option to select ‘Accent’.

Hi – I’m looking to setup a membership site and one of the themes I like is North because they have a menu called ‘my account’ where members can see their orders, edit account info, downloads etc which is great because it them a sense of ownership – is this something you guys could incorporate in your Uncode theme?

Uncode is one of the ThemeForest top seller themes, this all the code is severely tested to grant user max security too (but it’s not possible grant security of plugins or server). Cannot go the the backend of wordpress after activating the uncode theme.. why so? we are getting an Error HTTP 500. the filezilla file transfer completed successfully.

About the problem the error is self explanatory, Error HTTP 500 are internal servers errors: https://www.google.it/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=Error+HTTP+500
It’s possible your server is not compliant with the requirements but it’s not easy to say since no other user reported something like this (have you extra plugins at the time of the installation and maybe these plugin are not compatible?): https://undsgn.com/uncode/documentation/server-requirements/

We can’t tell you if a product is easy to use, really. This depends on your experience and your skills, we have users that have used WordPress the first with Uncode and they are in love, other user that coming from other themes found thing a bit different, I can only say that if this theme is in the top 10 of the theme is really an awesome theme. I’m wondering If uncode is compatible with the “Autoblog” plugin to pull posts and feeds from other sites, or if I will have to program the API system & styling into the theme myself. Thanks.

Hi and sorry for delay! I don’t know this plugin sorry. It seems that add extra functionality to the Woo cart page, I’m pretty sure this works since in Uncode we only apply a few CSS codes to fine tune the layout, so everything follow the native Woo core. Let us know if you need more infos!

Hi Undsgn! Great theme, I have just purchased it today and I am looking forward to getting involved. I just have one question and that is -When I download the Install Demo and I go to my homepage there is no images attached to the individual themes only these blue blends, also when I got into my media library there is no images either. Yes this is normal when you buy a theme, consider the value of a single stock image is double the theme price, you buy the theme not the images.
