Hey. I have a bug with the menu once the menu icon has been clicked. The overlay used to be fullscreen but now it isnt, and you cannot see the links inside the menu as there is now a scrollwheel.

We actually released a patch to resolve an issue with Avada header version 6 and webkit browser back in July 9th -> http://d.pr/i/10cCa
It is good practice and expected that all patches released for a particular version of Avada be applied as and when they are released. Hi Guys.
Considering purchasing another license. I would very much appreciate some advice please.
I have been commissioned to develop a site for an estate agent. I need 360 panos functionality. I was thinking of purchasing this plugin from Code Canyon: https://codecanyon.net/item/ipanorama-360-virtual-tour-builder-for-wordpress/17028820
Will this play nicely with Avada? Is the upgrade to 5.0 likely to experience any problems. As Avada is so cool I suspect everything will be good, however I need to ask.

I had a look at that plugin. The first thing to note is that, that particular plugin has only recently been released on the market and we have not tested it with Avada so we unfortunately can’t guarantee compatibility. If an issue does arise, we can check into it but may need to defer you back to the plugin author because we do not have control over the plugins code or development.
Regarding Avada 5.0, as is the case with any update for Avada that we release, our key focus has been to ensure that updating will be seamless for our customers.

For something like Font Awesome, we update the library and release it with a subsequent major release if Avada. The latest version of Font Awesome available is version 4.6.3 which was released and included with Avada 4.0.3.
If you are not seeing that you will most likely have to update to Avada 4.0.3.

I can change instalation Avada from host test to new host to production. I wondering that I can uninstall software Avada from host to other host without loss license use ? I will need new authorization from support team of author ? I ask also if Avada have support Wordpress Multisite ?

1 – There is no problem in transferring hosts or domains. When you migrate just ensure that your old installation is deleted and then re-register your purchase on the new domain as explained here -> http://bit.ly/1GrzAgY

This is the best selling theme in the world and even it have serious seo issue. First of all the blog post titles are not H1 and every one knows that blog post title must have to be H1 for good seo rankings and even if we put manual H1 than the size of the text is too much big that it didn’t adjust and left very bad impact. Can you please tell me how to fix this issue.

Actually no, the page title is H1 as it should be. The page title bar hold the title of the page and is H1.
Turn on the page title bar and it will be there. If you disable the page title bar, then the blog title is H2, and we are working on a way that will automatically trigger it to an H1, but then customers will have styling issues due to heading settings. But it is something we are looking into.

Does this theme have a woocommerce “mouse over product” effect where another view of the product is displayed instead of flipping a block of color?
Yes it does You can see it below, basically when you hover, it shows the next product image you have set. Now only some of hte products on this demo have more than one image, so not all will do it unless you upload more than one image. So all of them can, just depends on how many you upload.

Is there a way to add a maintenance mode page?
Also, with creating a maintenance mode page, is there the ability to hide everything else so it’s just solely one ‘coming soon’ page without having to install any external plug-ins or interrupt my site whilst I work on it.

Yes, you can certainly do this in our theme without installing any plugin, all you have to do is create a new page with “Blank Page” template and then assign that page as “Front Page” from Settings > Reading as your home page.

Hi Put the Twitter widget in Avada Style on the sidebar of a website. But it does not look same as on the Avada website. for example, on Avada website, it has background color when put mouse on it and show Like, Share icon and date also at below of that widget. We have been using Avada and we believe it is one of the best software that can fit into our business type. This word-press is easy to use. We can control and prevent any type of obstacles. But; unfortunately while downloading the latest version of Layer-Slider ,we have got a virus and its spread all over into our website (www.necotoys.com). We had to build the website from the beginning again and now we are suffering with the viruses that attacked our e-mails. The problem is still going on. Therefore, with this e-mail; I would like to give you brief information about what happened lately.
Could you please check your system,data,programs etc…and fix the problem on your Layerslider software? May you please make the necessary updates and help with the problem. Also; I would like to learn if you can advise any program/system/application/software etc. for the virus protection?

As of Avada 4.0.3 the Layer Slider version is 5.6.6 and we can conclusively confirm that there are no reported vulnerabilities within the Layer Slider plugin. Likewise, Avada 4.0.3 is 100% secure and we are very strict in following WordPress coding standards to ensure stability.
What does have to be understood as well is that a security breach can occur and not be limited to, server related, 3rd party plugin related, WP log in path, hosting firewalls, FTP etc

Can we assign a global setting for sidebar’s as described below ?
1. Blog page. Right sidebar with set options
2. Shop page. Right Sidebar with set options
3. Product page. No sidebar
3. Home page and selected pages, No sidebar
Or will we need to set/assign sidebar options on a page by page base?
We would like some pages full width with no sidebar, blog pages with a set sidebar and our woo commerce pages with a sidebar focused on products. Would love if we can set and assign sidebars globally.

In the Theme Options is the ability to globally set sidebars, for example for single pages these are the options -> http://d.pr/i/xooM – and the same is possible for portfolio posts, blog posts, Woocommerce products pages etc

And, for pages and posts, you can override the global settings for each individual page/post
