Hi! Sorry for late responce. I see you have already Purchased theme before my answer. By default seiko shopify has one language for frontend. Such problem decides only extentions https://apps.shopify.com/search/query?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=language . Admin by default allowes only have different language to translate in admin and choose one for frontend.
Hey there – I posted a support ticket 2 or 3 days ago per the question thread above, and the instruction (also above) to post it on the support site – I haven’t heard back – nor did I get an email confirmation that a ticket had been created – when I go to your support center today – it looks like a new CMS – and I’m unable to login, by dint of not having a ticket number. Could you advise – 1) did you change your support system in the last 48 hours – and 2) what happened to the tickets submitted in the previous period? (don’t have the time to re-generate the same query again – and would love a reply so we can open our store)

A quick question about the “Journal” index page – is there a trick to getting more product detail to display – as per the theme screenshots (where you have excerpts/buy button next to the product images) on the 4 products displayed? (on the demo “journal” screenshots – but not the demo “live” journal example)
Was going to open a ticket to ask – and didnt’ see it in the settings – then figured it might be something super simple that other buyers might ask as well.
This really is an awesome theme – highly recommend to anyone looking to create a professional Shopify store – really great work.

what a creative and modern design theme!! We would love to purchase this to use with our current live store, can you please answer a few questions for us? 1-Is it possible to have product thumbnail images on product page on the right or left side of main product image? 2-Is is possible to move product description tabs to right side of product images below the add to cart button? 3-Is it possible to move product SKU on product pages to below the product name? 4-Is it also possible to add product brand name above or below product name on product pages and in collection pages. 2 Quick questions before we buy: 1 – I’d be using this with the “Bold” Marketplace app extension (allows user generated products submissions/vendors/etc) – was this one of the extensions you tested with the theme?
And – to extend the above – how difficult would it be to make an “external products” product template for selling affiliate products (like amazon links/etc) – essentially, a template that allows us to drive traffic from our store to outside sites we have affiliate relationships with?
If #2 is no problem – will buy tonight (#1 would be awesome too – but we can work around with #2) Thanks – really love this the more I dive in!
Hi! 1.Our theme compatible with all shopify extentions, but we did not tested it specifically with ‘Product Options by Bold’. Theme has standart layouts and blocks, our theme differs only html/css/js. Author of any 3rd part extentions gives support for their extentions. 2. We can do in nearest update 4-5 days if you interested such feature. There is will be ability for replaceing any product preview with external preview links to any site.

It’s the Bold “Marketplace” app though – not product options I was referring to above – very different type of functionality And the product page update will be able to LINK to outside sites (rather than “add to cart”, correct? It shouldn’t be a difficult “hack” – I did it for our current theme and have very little code skills. (Essentially – this gives Shopify a similar product type to Woo Commerce “External Product” type – can’t figure out why they don’t offer that as a default option for affiliate marketers)
Will buy Seiko today – and recommend to other Shopify store owners as well – really killer work.
Yes, you will be able to LINK to outside sites, it is really will be simple part of code change. It can be done as simple special shortcode [link_to]link goes here[/link_to] in product description.
