Thank you for the comment. The demos you see are created with theme options and for visual elements we used rev slider, ultimate addons and visual composer (3 plugins included). There are no other plugins required for demo features.

1. It is compatible with WPML 2. We don’t have RTL version I am afraid (we wish to add this, but we haven’t had the chance to work on it) 3. It’s not compatible with any woo commerce product 4. yes, you can combine features from the 2 demos as they are all created with options available in theme options. Just please note that for submission you have to choose between paid listing or membership or free submission.

I would like to have a theme with possibility of adding properties to rent per month or per day. Is it possible in this theme to add for example properties in 2 different categories, like one for “rent per month” and another one “rent per day”? I would like to have in the “advance search” the category “rent per month” filtering only the properties with mentioned status and for “rent per day” to have the options like now, with “check in” and “check out”.

But for the heads up, i used another gmail account (with the name Edward Roberts) to create an account on the Site, but i do not know what seems to be the problem, after creating, I will be redirected to the home page of the site, not on my profile. If I check the “Owners” section, it shows a newly created account but all boxes is empty.

Hi, great theme! Just wanna know 2 thing before.
On the booking form, can custom fields be added such as a YOUR MESSAGE text field or checkboxes for additional paid services BABYSITTER, BABY CRIB. etc
I understand that registration for bookings are mandatory. But is there a way to force it so its not? I just want that booking to come as a regular email request.

Thank you for the interest in our theme. I am afraid the theme doesn’t have your requests. Modifying the form – may be possible with custom development. We explain here the current code http://help.wprentals.org/2016/04/08/technical-booking-explained/ and that can be used as documentation to expand the form, but we’re not able to guide on how to make this change as it’s complex and requires the code is actually written/tested. That falls under custom development which unfortunately we’re not available for. I couldn’t tell you how much it would cost either. If you’re interested in this direction, perhaps you can find someone on Envato Studio for a quote.
About the booking form without the register – that is not possible as the entire booking is related to the username of the person submitting the request. Booking requests and the entire approval / rejection system is based on username. I am not sure, but it’s very possible customizing this may end up in breaking existing theme features and you may have to re-think entire theme booking system to work without registration. I wouldn’t recommend it, but you can try to get a developer’s opinion on this as well if interested.

Hi, I wonder if it’s possible maybe in your next update – to have it such that when a user clicks on a link that opens up in a modal (eg login or signup on home page) – a “loading” animation (with a dimmed background) shows up during the few seconds before the modal shows up. This is because for many of my users depending on their computer’s speed or internet speed – there’s a time lapse of a couple of seconds or more before the modal shows up – during when the user might think nothing is happening and move on to something else or close the page.

I am afraid I am able to confirm if there is a solution and what that sould would be. For this answer, my colleagues would have to advise on this, but they could do that only after they research on it. Being on the wishlist, they will spend the time required for this investigation when they will reach this item on the list. If you wish, I can look at your site to see how that modal pops for us and if there is any console message related to your installation that could have this effect. On our demos I haven’t been able to replicate this.

I would like to ask if in the theme is possible for a User to modify his booking (e.x change dates, no. of guests, etc.) after an invoice was issued and paid.
From what i see there is only an option for Cancelling the booking.
If this does not exist, is there a walk-around?

Thank you for the comment. You could use the option as admin to go in admin – bookings – find a confirmed booking by id – edit it http://prntscr.com/ctucwn and publish/save.
That would be the only workaround to the option to reject or delete booking and submit the request again.

I just want to update you.
We have been testing the site for several days now, before we finally offer it to the market.
We created an account with a user “I only want to book” but this does not appear in the “Owners” section backend,
But when we created an account with use “I want to rent my property” it appears in the “Owners” section of the backend.
Is it possible to show both type of users in the “Owners” section so we can both monitor these type of users? or is there a separate Tab where we can only see the list of “Guests” or those users who “only want to book”

I understand what you describe and that is the correct feature. Users who only wish to book don’t have a profile created. And this was specifically asked when this was implemented. I have also received requests where no one should have a profile created. It seems this feature is needed in different ways.
With new code, it is possible to make every user have a profile. I don’t know if this is something my colleagues could direct to do (at least what lines to look for – they could do that for sure). For this info please open a ticket in client support.

I believe it is very important for both users (guest and owners) to have a profile, for example, if an owner would make a dispute about their guest who booked a property, there is no chance for us (admin and staff) to check the record of the guest who booked, to validate their dispute.
I believe it is also very important to have a record stored on the backend for admin use only (both users) where we can check to validate any claims / problems / disputes / trouble shoots by both users.

There’s a weird bug when adding a property on the front end. The first “Description” screen shows a city field, but anytime I try to type something in I get this error

Thank you for the comment. The city field is correlated with google places, which works with google map api. That error means you don’t have the API installed – please add the API http://help.wprentals.org/2016/06/30/google-maps-api-unable-to-load-the-map-and-shows-error-this-page-didnt-load-google-maps-correctly-see-the-javascript-console-for-technical-details/ and that should be solved.

I’ve been using the theme for a while now and I love it!
I just want to give a few suggestions for future updates…
The login / register modal – The username does not accept special characters which causes some problems (Spanish speaking country with lots of accents). An example of what happens to me is that people pick an username with accents (or email address) and is rejected. When they change the username the email that they added is rejected as it was taken in the previous attempt.
Maybe there is a way to just sign in with email and password?
Also, the contact host modal is a bit slow to react so many people click “send message” many times. Each click sends a message and an email to the owner causing some irritation.
Maybe a loading state on the button can fix that.
Otherwise the theme has been great and the support as well!

Thank you very much for the feedback and comment. For item 1 – with username – I cannot replicate this.
When they change the username the email that they added is rejected as it was taken in the previous attempt.
If the message is "invalid ursername" http://prntscr.com/ctsmnf and I try to create the account again, same email - but username with no characters, I am registered.
Username is required in wordpress. That must exist.
I want to test to see if there’s anything I can help with regarding the comment with “email not working” as that shouldn’t be the case. If you wish, please open a ticket with the same details I can test on your site and I will do another test (just in case I missed something).
About the 2nd comment, I understand what you said. Will add to wishlist so my colleagues can research and see if there is a solution.

Hi, i would like to have further information concerning the money transactions part of the theme :
1) I need to have all my transaction go to website account and after we will send the money to the home owners, it is better for security reason and also to avoid consummers bypassing our website. What do you think about it ? does it need a lot of custom developement.
2) I saw that it is possible to pay directly by credit card, is it automatic or do we have to get the credit card information and do it by hand.
3) I looked upon the documentation and didnt find a lot of information concerning the transaction part, do you have a link to share ?

Thank you for the comment and interest in our theme. Regarding payment to owner, we don’t support that in the theme. that’s why there is no documentation on this part. The theme handles only admin fee payment.
It is a complex development to integrate owner payment management. We’re done some research – we know adaptive payments could deal with this – but we haven’t had the chance to plan any development in this direction. Even if it is something we would like to add in the future, being a complex modification – I don’t wish to promise something and not be able to deliver. So please choose the theme only if the available features work for you.
What exists in the theme is a private field in user profile where user can add payment info (for example) and admin to transfer payment outside the theme. But it’s not a direct payment to owner system – it’s just a workaround some other clients told me they use.
If admin sets 100% admin fee, he will collect 100% of the total invoice, except cleaning fee or city fee.

The error Invalid client – error description can show in 2 situations: you have the wrong credentials in API (check you didn’t copy a blank space by mistake) or you selected Sandbox and you added live credentials (or viceversa). User receive an email notification when the message is in inbox. If emails don’t arrive for you, it means you need to override the server default email smtp settings with custom settings that work only for your hosting. We have here a help with changes that worked for other clients (it depends from hosting to hosting http://help.wprentals.org/2015/12/14/emails-are-not-sent-emails-not-working/ ) If you need our assistance please open a ticket in client support http://support.wpestate.org/login/ and please make sure you include from your hosting the info about SMTP requirements for your server. Thank you for buying the theme. The error shows only if your server PHP is not PHP 5.5 or greater. That line of code comes from Facebook API which starting August 2016 only works with this PHP version (at least 5.5) Please ask hosting to assist upgrading the server PHP version.
The code can also be commented so you don’t use the facebook login, but this should be used only as a last resort. Upgrading PHP is the best solution for you as well.

We have TV/Film Camera Kits, Lighting, Sound, Crane/Tracks Kits for filming also Editing, Production and Direction services as well.
The customers will book kits themselves and block the dates and pay online. They might assemble their own different kits (For filming TV Show, Adverts or Music Video) by selecting different equipment and save all kits in their accounts.
Do you think WP Rental theme can serve the purpose?

Thank you for the comment. We don’t have split property management. But, if your clients use icalendar feed, you can add the fee to each property to update the availability from third party platforms that also work with ical feed.

For multi-language, the theme is WPML compatible. WPML is a multilanguage plugin which is paid. Must be installed and used separately from the theme. It requires admin translates everything manually from wp-admin. Support is offered by WPML (in case of plugin related issues) and we update the theme with the code provided by WPML for compatibility if needed.
