I have a question about the H1 and H2 in the porto ecommerce theme for wordpress. Our marketing agency bought the porto ecommerce theme for our nieuwe website. At the moment we’re building on URL: http://www.eround.nl. I was wondering about the H1 and H2 in the website, these are not correct. The logo is an H1 and the normal page title is an H2. This isn’t correct, the logo doesn’t need the H1 tag, and the normal page title is normally an H1 but now it is an H2. How can we solve this problem which affects SEO for sure? With regards.

Hey guys I just installed v3.8.4 and I am having the following error in firebug when I try to click on “Save All Changes” in Theme Options: “https://INSERT_SITE_HERE/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 Not Found” (without INSERT_SITE_HERE of course).

Hi Luke/Haris thanks I contacted them and to no avail. Here’s what happened. I previously had v3.7.2 and before installing v3.8.4 I had left the theme options window open from v3.7.2 and after installing v3.8.4 I accidentally hit save all changes on the v3.7.2 window that I had forgot to close, the spinner started spinning and I closed the window fearing I might mess something up in the database. So after I open the new theme options window in v3.8.4 I notice the above error occuring. Is there something logically you can think that happened when I did that which is now causing this issue. Obviously there’s a huge difference between the way 3.7.2 saves the theme options and the way 3.8.4 does so I’m assuming that’s what caused the problem. Is there anyway to fix this? I went to the backup tab and used the restore and backup options buttons (which strangely do work, I’m assuming they don’t call admin-ajax.php) and that didn’t fix it but it’s only the save all options button that refuses to work.

I would like to show two testimonials in fusion builder in one time . Default testimonial shortcode shows only one testimonial in one time in the slider. How can i set this in theme options ?

The only possibility to show 2 testimonials at once is to use 2 testimonials shortcodes next to each other. So depending on how you want it to look, you can either use 1/2 columns and put one slider in each of the 1/2 blocks to have the testimonials next to each other, or you use one above the other, which will make them look more stacked. Since the timing for advancing the testimonials is the same, this will get you close to the look and feel of it being just one slider.

Yes, thanks alot. I put one testimonial in 1/2 and another testimonial in 1/2. Yes, there’s got 2 paginations. But I have to show only one pagination for these two testimonials. When I click on this pagination icon, it let to change left testimonial’s review and also right testimonial’s review.
Actually I want to put a testimonial slider in full width (100%), then it shows 2 testimonials at one. Can I set any options for showing two pieces at once, in which template php?

All good multi language plugins in WordPress come with a language switscher with flags. And Avada is supporting the main plugins for this purpose, like WPML (our recommendation) or polylang.
Once you have installed one of them you can choose where to add the language switcher and Avada will integrate it in its menu with style support.

You would need to have the Contact Form 7 plugin installed. When you import a demo it will show you a popup message letting you know what plugins are needed. That particular one does use Contact Form 7. It is free and you can find it through plugins page > add new. once it is installed, you will be able to make a form and insert it on the page. It comes with a sample form that is very similar to the one on our page, you can insert that.

I sit on a subdomain – for theme settings, and don’t want to activate the code. Activate when fully set up the site and move on to the primary domain. To submit a ticket you need to register your purchase code, and it means that I activate it on a subdomain, and I’ll have more time to buy the theme to install it on your main domain.

Hello. Ticket 83505 After upgrading from 3.9.4 to 4.0.1 all the fonts on the website have changed. Changed the background of the font from black to gray. Please help to fix the problem. I want to see everything as it was before – all the sizes and all the fonts in their places. Error on the main page of the site ** due to the fact that I had to downgrade to 9.3.4, on the other pages everything is fine. On site pages you can see which fonts I used. Backup for the site I have.

Hello There.
You should be able to generate and translate the files from the pot file actually and pot file can be found inside wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/language folder.
Open the fusion-builder.pot file and then rename it as fusion-builder.po and you will get an .mo file aswell, then include your own translation params to it and put the files back to wp-content / languages / plugins folder please.
Regarding the menu, it looks like an ordinary menu to me and nothing special, what exactly are you looking to achieve here please ?

Yes you can create several one pages if you wish. A one page is unique page with a custom menu assigned, that haas menu links that go to individual parts of the page. But you can add any other links to the menu as well and it can take you to other parts of the site.

I am sorry for the trouble. I forgot to mention in the previous reply that we will definitely be looking into a solution for the next update so that it is completely backward compatible.
Unfortunately, the file that you have to edit cannot be copied to the child theme since it is a core theme file.
You can make the change in the core file for now and with the next update, you will be able to adjust this with a theme option.

Guys – in the back-end you have added a new option for AVADA on the left hand menu.
However – when I setup an EDITOR user – this option shows up (but with no sub-level options) – so its pretty much redundant – and I’d rather it not be shown to the user/client in the back-end.
Can this be removed somehow??

You can either make anew page and use the Contact Form 7 plugin, which allows you to name fields anything you’d like. Or you can edit the contact.php file and change the name there.
