Thank you for the compliment!
Yes that is possible. First check under Settings -> Reading if you set the default sidebar to Page Sidebar.
Then if you edit a page and click on the ‘Enter New’ link in the Sidebar metabox on the right side of the page you can enter a name for that sidebar, then click update and save the page.
Navigate to Appearance > Widgets and your sidebar panel will be visible to add your widgets to it.

I like the desktop version alot but in the mobile version i do not like the amount of space the grey info bar takes above the menu and the slider ( grey area with text and small image ) Is this possible to exclude for mobile or change?

Hi! I´m so satisfied with your theme, it´s relly great but now I need some help. The “QT Testimonial”s widget in the page builder has suddenly stopped working. Can´t add testimonials, nothing happens when clicking button “Add testimonial”. Can you please advice, I have tried to update.

Seems to be a bug, Adding testimonials in existing testimonials widget doesn´t work but if you create a new page and then add a new testimonials widget everythings works perfect. Adding new testimonials widget in an old page doesn´t work.

with the landscaper theme, can you have categories laid out in a grid like you have the products on the shop page demo? I need the categories in a 3×3 grid on the homepage.

Yes that’s possible. A 3×3 grid need a little bit of CSS to change the width of the current grid but our support will be happy to help you with that.

Please make sure you’ve updated the theme to the latest version (1.3). Then you can change the header type via Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header

The table on the prices page is made with a simple shortcode. You can have as many rows and columns as you need. The table only allows plain texts. If you need some more advanced tables you can install a plugin, most of them are compatible with the theme.

By default custom Google Maps widget doesn’t have an option for multiple locations. But this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/ (from the creators of the page builder) has a Google Maps widget that allows you to add multiple locations.
