I bought the theme and installed it. But I do not have the features I want. There are too few add-ons for the campaign (there are only 3) For example, You’ll need to show your campaigns by category. Is this possible? If so, please let me know how. There is no description in the demo or manual. So I guess I made a regretful choice. Ultimately, I want a refund. This is because the demo or documentation lacked enough explanation to deprive the user of the criteria for choosing a theme.

I’ve bought your theme few days ago. You guys did a pretty nice job!
I have some technical questions:
1. I would like to offer different payment methods to my clients. Are these supported by the theme: - PayPal ? - Credit Car ? - Mobile Payment (like Apple Pay or else)?
2. How does the fundraising work within this theme? I mean once someone donates $x or €x… are donations immediate payment?
3. If not immediate payment, so at the end of the campaign, how to activate the transfer?
4. What happens when a campaign is created? Are the admin warned?
5. How about multilingual? How can I have a EN/FR version?

1. Now our theme supports some Payment methods such as Paypal, Cash on Delivery, Credit Card
2 & 3. When someone donates $ it will move directly to admin
4. It will be in the status of pending and wait for approval of admin

If I understood : Crowdfunding is a part of EDD? So, no need to install WooCommerce? I have to buy WPML to get a multilingual website?

Hi you! Question 2 and 3 means that when someone donates $ in some cases the process of transfer doesn’t complete 100% steps but the money still can move directly to the admin providing that they click Donate now.
About WPML because you need to set up multilingual in the website, you have to install plugin.

Hi, I have a quick question: On my bilingual FR-EN website, I have a page to display all the campaigns as seen in your demo. I called this page “ALL THE PROJECTS” with a URL: https://mywebsite.com/all-the-projects?lang=en when it is in ENGLISH. The problem is when I select the FR version of this page which URL is https://mywebsite.com/tous-les-projets, the layout goes away and nothing works properly! How I’m supposed to create this page?

Yes mate this theme is built with EDD plugins so you can use all addons from EDD plugins website.

Hi, I’m liking the look of this theme, which I need for a client who wants to have a crowdfunding investment website for different items (or campaigns). Can you answer these questions please:
1. Can I have a filter for the campaign items for a use to search categories (like a portfolio category filter). Is this is extra, how much would you charge?
2. Payments will only be made via BACS, so can I just set that in Woocommerce, and send an email with the bank details to transfer the money to?
3. Would the payment need to be manually registered by the site admin to show up in the campaign percentage?

I am having issue with widgets.Whenever I am choosing different sidebar for different pages,it does not show,only 1 sidebar shows for all pages.For example,I have choose Right Sidebar(with right widget) for about us page,and choose Left Sidebar(with left widget) for Campaign page.But Right Widget shows on every page where I have sidebar.
You have many other small bugs on your theme as well.Not really happy with the theme.I am thinking of giving 1 star review.
One more thing,on demo search only shows campaign which I needed for my site.BUT in actual theme,search shows everything blog post,events,campaigns etc whenever search term is available.
How can I make the search only show campaigns?? I really hope that you would be able to help,since your demo has that type of search feature.
